The rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that all my needs and desires were met. It felt like a true home away from home. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredible kindness and helpfulness of Saroj Paudel. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From recommending local attractions and eateries to arranging transportation, he never failed to provide excellent assistance. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and his recommendations were always spot-on. The staff were good and found smiley. Thank you soo much for your amazing hospitality.

Perfect location. Silent, but close to main street. Nice and clean rooms. Good and helpful stuff. Hot water. We didn't stay in the hotel for the breakfast because we had a trip starting 6:00 AM. But they prepared for us tale away pack which was wonderful. All family, children and adults adjoined. Thanks a lot! Nothing.

The hotel is centrally located near lakeside. The pleasing behavior of staffs were appreciable. The overall hospitality was excellent indeed. The price range of hotel was slightly expensive compared to similar range hotels.

very nice hotel with clean swimming pool at the roof where we spent most of free time, good relax after trekking, the room was nice with small balcony, very close are restaurants, shops and you can go for a walk to the boulevard at the lake, also laundry was available everywhere at the street, very good after trekking we could have all our stuff clean

Staff were very friendly and approachable. All the staff endeavoured to help organise anything, especially the owners, including arranging laundry, bus tickets, taxis, and local advice. They also stored my unneeded extra baggage whilst trekking up ABC. Room had balcony and there was a small rooftop pool and gym. Decent set but mixed wholesome breakfast. Good location off Lakeside main street. Not much. The room could have done with a table and the cupboard a few more hangers. There were building works opposite which could be a bit noisy at times but not much the hotel could do about that. One of the bar restaurants down the street is popular with bikers who are mostly respectable but occasionally like to race their engines. Again not much the hotel could do about that
