No staff to receive the guest. Saw few girls taking drugs. I immediately cancelled the booking seeing that. Got very good hotel after that

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is just close to the lakeside and to the bus station. Shout out to RADHIKA, the wonderwoman. She manages everything in her hotel and keeps it running by herself. About the room, it has enough space, a private bathroom with a hot shower, and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast is basic but she prepared it with a heart. I also did my laundry here. Radhika is helpful and a hospitable host. Very kind and approachable. I saw a glimpse of the ice caps from the rooftop too. Nothing.

Loved the place, very clean and fresh. The host is super kind and helpful. Would easily come again.

On my second booking, even my bookings were confirmed, but they gave room to other people and had to find another hotel to stay in the night. Perhaps they’re getting more money from other people and are cheating me.

We liked the rooftop view, also location was very nice. THe breakfast was standard and similar to most of the other ones, which we had around Pokhara. We booked different rooms, then we received, there was no compensation. But we were asked to pay the price for our booked rooms (which were more expensive).

Lack of workers specially for house keeping.

I was shifted to another place while saying there is no room free, and that room had only one small dim light. Not clean, everything in washroom was damaged. And there were many ants

-
It was a nice quiet place, simple clean, comfortable and safe. The food menu was rather limited, but I stayed for a few days. It wasn't a big issue.
