Quiet location with Mountain View from balcony, good wi-fi, hot shower, comfortable bed, desk for work We had some misunderstanding regarding breakfast, but that issue was quickly solved by stuff. Actually stuff are very friendly and helpful.

Loved how helpful the staff & owner were about extending our stay, holding our luggage while we ventured up into the mountains and then assisting us with accommodations again in our extended stay. One front desk person, Ram showed exceptional hospitality. Look for him, he’s the only man with a great full face of hair, lol. I can’t say I found anything I didn’t like about this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Orchid in Pokhara, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was seamless. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the city skyline and mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel Orchid to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Pokhara. I would definitely return here on my next visit!

Clean environment and friendly staff. Manager, Mr. Ramesh is very active and cooperative. He helped us to cook our own food in the kitchen for our children.

Front desk guy named Ramesh if i am not mistaken,he was very polite and very professional to deal with customer. The room was clean and wifi works perfectly ? food was good and choices of breakfast were great . I would definitely recommend it to others . Budget friendly hotel with good smiling staffs . ?? ahhh !!! and the views of snow capped mountains from my room were amazing.

VALUE for MONEY. Very close to lake road-with all the bars, diners and clubs. The manager was very accommodating. The amenities in the room were old and shabby. We had to change to our room twice because the AC wasn't working properly.

Mr bijay is very helpful and nice person he helped me with all my flight bookings for muktinath darshan u can totally rely on them .i would strongly recommend this hotel ull be sound and safe

I love how it is accessible to nearby establishments. I love the breakfast they served and their staff are kind. Plus points for the elevator! More improvement on shower and more electric plugs on the bdeside:)
