The upgrade I was sold on was not worth it. The breakfast wasn’t good at all.

Bed was uncomfortable.

Komfortables Hotel

Property is nice. Food was delicious

The staffs were kind and friendly. They were sincere to respond to my request. Room was spacious, cleaned and cozy. I could enjoy the mountains view from the room. I could enjoy hot shower and bath after 4 days treck. It’s a bit far from the center of lake side. But it means that I could enjoy quiet night. Unfortunately the hot shower was broken somehow in the evening,then the hotel staffs let us use the other room’s shower.

Hotel design and location was not bad I stayed for three nights I saw a lizard twice and told the hotel staff The first night my room was cold and the second day the maid came At night, the smell of sewage comes from the toilet The phone in my room did not work and the service in the hotel restaurant was not good at all

i like the look of the hotel and the style, the staff were nice and accommodating and approachable, breakfast was just ok nothing unusual or special. the bathroom was old and alittle dirty, the towels are abit dark and dont look like its washed properly so i used my own

Design of my room and hotel Was different I was there for three nights There were two lizards in my room And the first night, my room was very cold Telephon for reception and restaurant not work I order the Pizaa , my pizza was over cooked It was soooooo bad every things

Staff were friendly Started with room they first put me in, a small stack of apartments in the grounds . It was like a cave . None of the promised views , just the back of a shed belonging to next door . I could not stay here . To their credit they did move me to the second floor into a nicer spaced room with balcony. WiFi terrible to non existent . Room got cold in the night and the heating unit did nothing to help with the temperature, it kinda just put all its energy into making noise . So was body popping all night . Bathroom ….. other people’s pubic hair on the back of the toilet , sink not even attached to the counter top, shower head just dangling (no way to fix in position) and No hot water , ran it for 15 mins and it got to lake temperature. Lunch food . Average , but it’s hard to mess up momo’s. Wanted to enjoy a nice evening whisky on the balcony…… they had no ice . At least I was looking forward to the fantastic breakfast spread advertised in the photos , but boy was I in for another dose of disappointment. Was told that they were only running the set American breakfast consisting of juice &coffee , toast , egg and sausage . A tiny percentage of what promised and photos show . Settled for a coffee and bugging out for a decent breakfast else where . Rooftop view was lovely , due to the environment and not the fixed wooden bench plonked on the roof . I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but due to the bucket list of small errors I can’t help thinking that sleeping in the park would have been a better option . This was the deluxe double , hate to think what standard is like . Mark and avoid .

the reception team. very friendly, communicative. almost everything esp the bed. I have to put it here so the hotel can really be serious in it. We checked in but the bed duvet, blanket, pillow cover are smelly, not clean, many hairs on the bed, the fabric is wrinkle and full of stain. basically they didnt seem to change it. we complained and the reception team showed us another room which also had hairs on the bed duvet. the next day we requested them to change and peacefully we can have another rested night!!!! toiley paper is also of bad quality, as another minus point!

Very good

The property is quite aged but it isn’t too expensive so you get what you pay for. My shower did leak and there were hardly any power points but the staff were helpful and provided me a charger when needed which I really appreciated It was pretty old and my shower leaked , breakfast area was really dated . My friends side door on his balcony didn’t lock which didn’t feel super safe . There was no issues and the staff were always downstairs though manning the reception area

The hotel’s location is central yet tucked away in a serene quiet environment.

Exceptional! everything about this property was beautiful. The room was clean with excellent service. I also had dinner and it was delicious!. Well recommended.
