everything! AYUSH SUNAR, the front desk staff was the highlight of our stay. He waited and welcomed us in the entrance of the hotel, and he helped us with all the information we needed to know about Pokhara (before we even asked). His knowledge about the city was excellent and his hospitality was beyond words. we will definitely come back to Batika, for our 3rd visit in Nepal soon! none!

The hotel was comfortable, the room was spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and kind and their service was efficient. Location was also good near the lake and the Main Street.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team, Anisha and Susmita were incredibly welcoming, offering helpful suggestions for local attractions and transport. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, clean, and stocked with high-quality toiletries, which really made the difference. The hotel’s amenities were fantastic as well, and we enjoyed spending time there after a long day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was a great way to start our day. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was the housekeeping team making sure our room was always tidy or the concierge offering great advice on local experiences, it was clear they genuinely cared about providing top-notch service. Anisha, the receptionist, is very cooperative. she assisted us with very well manner. bathroom, no shower enclave, linen are not clean.

It was so relaxing here by the lake the boat rides so lovely hotel great location restaurants near by loads of shops cheap as Kathmandu had a great time should have booked longer great place to relax Jennifer from Australia Not much

- Amazing room with a lovely view - Great location - Really fast turn around for a large amount of laundry we needed done post trekking before our flight the next day. It was all washed and dried in just a few hours - - A number of things led to a poor breakfast experience unfortunately. The tables weren’t all set which is fine just meant we grabbed salt etc from another table. Staff were hard to get a hold of - there wasn’t someone behind the omelette counter so we had to wait around for someone, and then we had to find someone else to ask for a coffee! The coffee also was not included in breakfast - we had to pay for that separately which was surprising as we had breakfast included in our room rate but that doesn’t include a tea/coffee? Not great.

The hotel staff, like Ajit at the reception, were all friendly and helpful. They made sure that I had an enjoyable stay. The room was very comfortable with a nice balcony. The breakfast was good and had plant based options which was helpful for a vegan traveller like me. The hotel also kept my luggage for free while I did a multi days trek which was very appreciated.

Food was good. Rooms were nice. Most staff were friendly AC at the restaurant and lobby was not working properly during this hot season. Staff were not very helpful to adjust the temperature to the needs of our request
