The balcony is good. But many rooms do have balcony The hotel room does not have a locker or a safe to keep valuable belonging. The electric switch is very poor. One switch turns on lights on multiple bulbs, including room light and balcony lights. Cleaning seems to be extremely poor. The cleaner doesn't clean the room and toilet each day. The toothpaste which provided is very small. It's a very poor hotel management. I do not recommend this hotel.

Absolutely everything the staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and close to the busy parts of town. This is definitely a place that I would recommend to others, the whole experience was so positive! I honestly can not think of anything.

The resort should take care about cleanliness!! The amenities are out of order!! cleanliness bedsheet and the floor doesn’t even have carpet.

The staff is so lovely and accommodating. Great location. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice pool area. Room was small but comfortable.

The staff bent over backwards for us. From the reception team to the bartender to the management who circulated, all were extra friendly and helpful. In fact when checking out we were stranded by a taxi strike. One of the senior team came from his house on a Sunday afternoon to give us a lift from the hotel to our house himself. Thank you Majheri.We will be back.

Great location. Very friendly welcoming staff. Good service. Lovely pool. Great view from room. Brewed coffee with breakfast would be great. Pool not very private but good size and refreshing.

Location Room was very dusty, disgusting to find cobweb next to hanging TV unit. We had to wait 2 hrs to check in despite informing we would check in early. When we checked in the room was just mopped in and there were bits and pieces of mops left on the floor. Bathroom felt like someone had just used before we checked in. Hairs were on the bathroom wall. The toilet smelt very stinky (like a common highway hotel toilet). We asked reception if we could upgrade the room but was all booked out due to Nepalese New Year. We asked reception to send someone to clean the bathroom wall, spray freshener in the toilet and remove mop bits and pieces from the floor which was partially done. One of the towel was stained. The bed scarf on the top of bed was dirty.

We had an amazing stay at Majheri Resort and Spa. We travelled from Kathmandu for an office trip for our refreshment. We reached late because of road construction and we were too drained. As soon as we reached hotel, we were welcomed warmly by hot lemon tea. We felt relaxed and started our check-in procedure. The front office team was professional and extremely kind. Ms. Anita offered us an upgrade which was such a kind gesture of hers. Even during the checkout she made sure we were happy while leaving. Throughout the stay we felt like as if we were at our home. During breakfast, one of the gentlemen from the F&B department Mr. Anil helped us to decide how we can enjoy the most from our Pokhara visit and suggested us different activities, moreover he was such a gem to get us the whole list of activities. Also the housekeeping team was really helpful. Overall we had the best time in Pokhara. We would definitely stay here again when we visit next time. Thank you so much. Maybe the breakfast options could have been better.
