Run by lovely and super helpful staff and guarded by even more lovely golden retriever Coco, who loves scratches under her chin and left paw. I have receives all the help I needed with preparing my trek, laundry, getting scooter, storing language during my trek and more. Thank you so much. I will recommend you to my friends

I loved the ambiance at Silver Oaks Inn, especially their outdoor seating area. The hotel is located in a quieter part of town, yet it’s still close to all the main attractions, which made exploring easy and convenient. The staff and hotel manager were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the travel support desk, which made organizing trips simple and stress-free. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and my room was very clean. I was also lucky enough to join the Holi celebrations, which was a fun experience. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very charming and has a lovely garden. The room was also very spacious compared to modern standards, the kind of space you usually find only in older buildings. The staff—and especially the manager Dil, who also takes care of organizing excursions—were wonderful and arranged a perfect excursion to Jomson tailored exactly to our needs and wishes. Highly recommended. Perhaps the breakfast could be a bit more varied by European standards.

Quite loud - sounded like there were high school dances taking place in our room. Shower didn't always work. Bed uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent. In the hotel lives a beautiful golden retriever :) In the winter time it was a bit cooler then I’d prefer it to be. There is an air conditioner, that warms the room, but the door and window gaps so big that it doesn’t keep warmth for long after you turn it off. The blankets were warm, so it wasn’t too bad.

The garden and atmosphere was just what we needed. Our daughter got sick and the staff was very helpful getting everything we needed. Loved that it was quiet and serene. No lift for those who struggle with stairs.

Great location on a quiet street near the main attractions on the lakeside. Very comfortable, spacious rooms with excellent breakfast. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff always willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience. We’d love to come back!

Very comfortable room, with ceiling fan and AC. The breakfast was delicious. The proprietor was so kind, helpful, and friendly. Great laundry service (important when you’re coming from a long trek!). Absolutely beautiful large garden area full of butterflies to relax in and enjoy your tea! Everything was great!

This hotel was very quiet yet conveniently located by Lakeside where there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops. There's a very pleasant, tree-shaded entry walkway with outdoor seating. Breakfast was very good with a rotating menu of hot food items. Dilu and Kriti were super helpful in organizing our return trip to Kathmandon't. Pokhara, Lakeside, is much nicer than Kathmandu. Silver Oaks Inn is one of the best places we stayed at during our time in Nepal. The service is exceptional! Dilu, the manager, is incredibly kind, warm, and always eager to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast is consistently excellent. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting Pokhara.
