Overall, the hotel is great for its price, offering all the necessary amenities with good cleanliness. It was also located in a nice area where you can step outside and find various cafés and restaurants. The bathroom was slightly old, but it is what it is. After trekking and staying in guesthouses, this bathroom was great—haha.

I had an enjoyable stay in Pokhara lakeside thanks to assistance of dedicated staff Ms Sushmita and Mr Prince from the reception desk team who were on the shift together. They delivered service far above my expectations. On the day of check in Ms Sushmita accompanied me to Aarti ceremony to make sure I won’t get lost as it was already dark outside. It also often felt as though they were one step ahead, anticipating my needs before I even mentioned them - my package I paid had breakfast included - as I had early morning activities booked in town, they offered to still serve my breakfast even outside of buffet operational hours or have it delivered to my room. I also got offered a breakfast box on the day of departure when I had to leave before the buffet opened for the day. I was also checked on if I wished to have my room cleaned during my stay. I got also discount during my stay for hotel car, free pick up and drop off to the airport and I was offered a free upgrade to a suite. Their attentiveness, courtesy, and positive attitude made me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. It is clear that they take great pride in delivering excellent customer service, and their efforts greatly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. Another advantage is a great location of the hotel itself - with walking distance from the lake and just behind the main shopping street.

The room was massive, perfect location and friendly staff. They have a gym as well, and the view from the top is amazing Bathroom was weird, no direct drain from the bath tub. Could be cleaner, the bedsheet was ripped, hot water only sometimes, breakfast could be better. Expensive for what you get on Lakeside area.

The breakfast was really good. Had multiple options to choose from. It was delicious as well. The location was perfect. The view from the rooftop restaurant was fabulous. Having breakfast by looking at Phewa lake was such a nice and serene moment. The paid wifi at room 204 was quite slow, so that can be improved to make that better.

It was very nice inside and out. Received a room upgrade from two queen rooms to a two bedroom suite with great balcony and views. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and beds fantastic. Nothing. This hotel totally exceeded expectations.

The only thing which was a bit annoying was water coming out from the bath tub which I asked the staff about thinking it's a leak and it was not fixed. Maybe it was built like that. I guess, I would prefer a regular shower.

Great location. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. They upgraded me to a suite free of charge. They arranged my airport pickup. Even though my flight was delayed by more than 4.5 hours, they still monitored it and were at the airport on time.

Being one of the tallest buildings with lots of windows and glass doors meant I could hear everything going on in Lakeside. Tons of yelling tourists, the clubs around blasting deep bass music until 4-5 am, beeping car horns, etc. I understand the downtown location makes some of this predictable but it was much more intense than I expected.

Great location and very helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a mini-fridge in the room. The room felt a bit tired and dated. There were stains on the walls and the shower curtain felt a little old. The shower was also a bit small and the room was not cleaned unless requested, which was not mentioned to me at check-in.

The hotel is in a good location for a walk along the lake. The lake was visible from the balcony in the side view. The hotel is well maintained, clean, the rooms are comfortable.

location was perfect. everything is walking distance. Staffs are very polite and nice. Room was big and comfortable. Free breakfast was so good. the view from rooftop was incredible. I liked everything about this hotel.

The hotel provided us a driver to do a tour one day and he was very good and the car very comfortable. The rooftop terrace had great views and the breakfast to match.
