Kuti Resort Pokhara exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is peaceful yet close to Lakeside, the rooms are

Building and bed! The toilet was in very bad condition. The shower knob was extremely hard to use, and when I complained, they told me I didn’t know how to use it, which was truly shocking. The spray pipe was also broken. I strongly recommend you avoid this hotel.

The room was clean and the top options were perfect. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were great. The breakfast service and staff were awesome. The pool had too much chlorine mixed into the water, which made using the pool a bit unsatisfactory. There was no ventilation to the bathroom which sometimes made things awkward not so great.

Breakfast The front desk staff need better training on billing and invoicing. I had already paid $29.97, including taxes and fees, for my stay, but they asked me to pay $32—essentially applying double taxation. Thankfully, the manager stepped in, accompanied us, and resolved the issue.

A good hotel in this category. Caring staff. Daily room cleaning and towel change. Buffet breakfast for every taste. It is possible to profitably order transport at the reception.

The front desk staff were really dull and disrespectful. I heard them openly talking about about other guests. If you want to backbite, at least speak in low voice or speak in private hahah.

Worst experience of my life. We had the worst experience in this hotel. Not sure how people voted this hotel very clean. Someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night. I went to the reception to complain and he was just laughing and saying these things can happen must be by mistake. The room was extremely dirty. We couldn’t sleep whole night because there was a lot of noise coming from the hotel. Guests were so loud talking going up and down moving furniture at 3 am it almost felt like it wasn’t a hotel but we were staying at someone’s house. Don’t fall for the reviews. This is not a clean hotel.

Bed was really comfy, big room, good choice for breakfast. Staff very helpful. Pool wasn't heated, so not warm, gym closed on Saturdays. Very noisy neighbours ( though that was not the hotels fault).

I frequently stay at Kuti Resort & Spa, and it’s always a great experience. The biggest highlight for me is the well-equipped gym, sauna, steam, and the cool indoor swimming pool. The restaurant and bar are great, and the outdoor seating with a coffee shop adds to the charm. Spacious parking and friendly staff make the stay even better. Highly recommended.

The whole shower was broken and the water went in a different direction. And the room really doesn't look like some of the pictures the bathtub was in bad shape.

I really like the staff and the services, including the shuttle services to the airport. The breakfast was really nice, but overall, the experience was good. The room I chose is not very clean and comfortable, maybe because I chose the round bed and the options that are available are limited.
