The location was magnificent and staffs are friendly There is construction going on which i wasn’t aware of and I was expecting a bigger room as i booked for 3 days but they give me a small room and didn’t change the room even if i asked for it.

The property is in a very good location in pokhara. And the room was spacious with proper amenities. And the balcony has the views of the lake and the Annapurna range at the same time. We reached at the hotel early in the morning after the flight and whole night journey to Pokhara, and we requested for early check-in. The staffs helped us through the situation and arranged the room. They even helped us booking our paragliding and Annapurna permission. And we also stayed 2 more days with them.

Overall perfect everything. Location wonderful without single doubt. Laundry service nearby. Nice Mountain view is superb. Transportation available nearby. perfect. I have nothings to say but even Europeans showing cheap attitudes around I don't feel good. all human beings are equal & i don't treat them as they are special.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. They have a small balcony with great views. Comfortable rooms and they have buffet breakfast which changes everyday and has variety of options. Stayed here for two nights while going to Mustang. Besttt hotel in Pokhara lakeside. Will visit again next time!

Constant door slams make guests entrance very noisy. A little update on those will be great. We expected a better cleaning standard, definitely something to review from the hotel.

We stayed for two nights, in three top floor mountain view rooms. Family trip. Everyone enjoyed our stay at City Inn. Mountain view from the room was fabulous! Elevator service was good for elderly people. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. nothing.

Stayed twice, once in City / Lake view, once in Mountain view room. Views were great ( see pics from rooms) and the rooms have huge windows so bright and sunny. Cheery place to stay and reception staff friendly and fun.

I like all the staff are very welcoming and very helpful on my stay in Pokhara They don’t have housekeeping daily basis and a very limited toiletries.

Only good thing is where the hotel located Staff wasn’t that friendly, issue with lift it’s bit scary because not functioning properly. Bed sheets and pillow wasn’t clean it’s got black stain on it, towels was smelly Windows, curtain wasn’t clean for yrs Tv looks like it’s there for display doesn’t work Nothing I can say nice about it except location

Found this gem of a hotel and stayed for over a month. The Annapurna mountain view from the room is probably the best in Pokhara. But what makes this hotel special is the wonderful staff who is helpful and very professional, and the manager Ram who cares for every need and puts a smile on my face. Don't hesitate to book a room at this excellent hotel.

The location is good, walking distance from the Fewa lake. Our room had mountain view. Housekeeping isn't so good. No freeze in the room.
