Location set on hill so it had lovely views of the lake and mountains. Staff were so friendly and kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, including freshly made cappuccinos.

The staff and activities manager were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. The hotel grounds are lovely and the rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, varied , and plentiful. I really can’t think of anything negative.

The shower area in our bathroom was small and the toiletries are not great. Apart from that nothing.

The staff were so attentive! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We really enjoyed our massages and facials. We were celebrating a birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to decorate the room and secure a cake as a surprise. Truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We loved everything

The property is built on a slope and lacks an elevator. Guests in higher rooms must navigate several flights of stairs, which may be difficult for seniors

There was a problem with the hot and cold water in the shower. The hotel wasn’t able to fix it, and it made showering quite difficult.

Room: bed is comfortably firm enough, very clean. The balcony is nice to have drinks feeling breeze. Restaurant: Food is good. Staff are so kind, friendly, and very attentive! Bath Room: the design of the sink is not good. When we use the sink the water splash out around and all wet. Reception: We had a thing to talk with manager and one staff told us the manager will come back 10am next morning. But next morning the manager was not yet on duty at 10am…

We stayed here for a birthday - Rabina and her team went above and beyond to make this such a special, memorable occasion. The hotel is beautiful. The food is delicious. The staff are truly exceptional! A must visit if you’re wanting a treat in Pokhara.
