Lovely family run hotel in the heart of Polignano. Everything was perfect; starting with the lovely decor and clean rooms to the delicious family made breakfast. I would highly recommend this place. Congrats to Carmen and her family for running what is a perfect piece of heaven in Polignano. N/a

Great location, comfortable and very clean. Excellent individually prepared breakfast. The family could not have been nicer and were exceptionally helpful. The bedroom is not on the same level as the bathroom. Not a big problem but a little inconvenient in the middle of the night.

Location, staff, breakfast, comfort, all wonderful. The room lacked storage space…no shelves in the shower. Very limited areas for clothing…would not recommend staying for more than 3 nights.

We had a wonderful stay at Aeris. The staff was so kind and attentive. The breakfast was fabulous, made fresh for each guest every morning. The room was comfortable. We really loved it and highly recommend it for your stay in Polignano. It’s nicely situated for easy exploration! Everything was great.

The property is stunning, and the staff are exceptional. Everything was perfect — the rooms are spacious, and every detail is handled with great attention and care.

Exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent quality and no issue with mix & match options of sweet & savory. Coffee exceptional Spa small with jacuzzi but unlike other hotels we stayed at, there was no charge and the jacuzzi worked! Hotel is on my return listing Parking a bit away but I am being picky here as 500m walk through the beautiful streets of Polignano is not a chore!

The location was perfect. The staff were super nice and helpful in every way. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There were no negatives to our stay.

The location was perfect and easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were very nice and perfect for our family. The breakfast and cappuccino were very good! The only negative I can say is the temperature of room at night for sleeping in loft was very hot. Never really cooled down.
