It was clean, continuous AC, bright, lovely balcony with table/2 chairs and coffee bar downstairs and walking distance to the piazza . Could have used a freezer space in the mini fridge for our ice packs and a long mirror. Other than that everything was ok.

Super friendly and helpful host Don Nicola, wonderful location at the heart of everything, clean and bright room, comfortable beds

The room is a renovated shed with the entrance directly from a back alley, near the garbage bins. Basic accommodations inside. Uncomfortable mattress and poor quality pillows. Musty odor inside despite the strongly scented air perfume used.The carbon monoxide alarm started beeping early in the morning and we had to open the door to the street to ventilate. Description and pictures do not correspond with the reality.

Location was perfect. Walkable from the train station and to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Happy to have a fridge and a large armoire. No drinking cups were provided which would have been nice. Shower was a decent size however with shower head right in the middle made it a bit awkward. Unfortunately there were repairs happening to the exterior of the neighbouring building which started quite early in the morning and created a lot of dust on the balcony. This was not, however, the fault of the host.

Nicola. was a fantastic host. Despite our very late arrival (1am) Nicola was there to help us settle in. The location is ideal - a two-minute walk from the historic centre.

Nicola was a perfect host. His private boat tour was also fantastic! Nothing. We liked everything

Location, bed was very comfortable, parking was available offsite on a private property about 800 m away and was easily accessible. Host was very welcoming and offered his assistance should we require anything further. All was good.

The 2-debroom apartment is very large, comfortable, luminous and perfectly located. Nicola was very attentive and led us to the parking place (a 15 min walk from the apartment) with his motorbike. He was waiting for us when we arrived and communication was perfect with him. Would be great to include minimal supplies in the kitchen, such as kitchen towels (paper/fabric) as well as salt, oil and coffee/tea.

The apartment has all the necessary and it’s beautiful! It is very convenient to stay close to the city and we loved it completely. The staff were lovely and very kind. We look forward to stay here again. Thanks for all :)

Good value for money

The owner was very kind and helpfull. The apartment is very comfortamble, huge terace, in the center of Polignano a Mare , everything great. We could even use free parking.. Too strong smell of cleaner or air freeshener in the apartment.

Stay exceeded our expectations - apartment is really good in size, we had separate bedrooms and big main room with small balconies. Locations is perfect - almost in the city center and only few minutes by foot to the old town. As we came with car, we also had a chance to use private parking lot nearby (±10 min walk) free of charge, this saved us a hustle to find parking space around the building. Apartment was super clean and also cleaned each day, which was pleasant surprise. Part of it was newly refurbished, but even without this apartment is cozy and well equipped. There is plenty of kitchen equipment, in case needed. Beds were comfy, very nice natural feather bed lining. Check in and check out went smoothly, we contacted over WhatsApp before arrival, so we did not needed to wait, very easy. Host Nicola is super attentive and welcoming. :) Very nice person indeed. Nothing.
