Perfect median location between the train station and the restaurants.

Location, clean Found out we actually could have unloaded are luggage at the property door, but was not conveyed that was an option, Asked if there was an elevator or if Terrace Room was on ground floor, but not acknowledged. A/C was not available at this time of year.

A beautiful b&b in a central location, surrounded by all amenities. The owner Matteo is very attentive, will assist with any queries regarding the area and advise places to see. The balconys are a lovely additional touch. Would definitely stay again and strongly recommend if visiting Polignano a Mare.

Matteo was a wonderful host! Very helpful organising parking and transfer to the BnB. The room itself was clean, comfortable and modern. We had a lovely balcony. Mini fridge with water and some treats. Breakfast was amazing down the road at his other BnB. The location was fantastic - a short walk from the old town and I liked being slightly away from the bush area. Nothing!

The location is central. I didn't have breakfast. The terrace is great. Matteo the host very friendly and helpful. Stairs very narrow. My fault that I took a big 15kg luggage. Room and shower a bit small, no coffe machine just a kettle.

Location was perfect, cleaned daily which was a massive plus. Matteo was very welcoming and helpful if needed. The AC was not the best but would not put me off staying again, apartment can be loud due to being so central but again would not put me off coming back.

Great location, in walking distance to the centre, clean, comfy bed, friendly owner Matteo, good communication & infos provided, good breakfast on a terrace (but in a building about 10 minutes away), free parking nearby (near hospital about 10 min.). Nothing

Good location near the center. Matteo was a wonderful host. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

nothing before check-in, i asked several times if i could check in earlier, the host said yes (although, as it turned out, he was preparing breakfast for guests at his another b&b at that time). when i arrived at the agreed time, mateo said to wait 20 minutes. it was about 40 degrees outside and i asked to at least remotely open the door to the entrance. mateo came in bad mood and immediately started saying that check-in is after lunch, although the description of the accommodation says from 11.30 (which is not true), i reminded about our agreement that i would check-in earlier, that he agreed to it and he could just say no. mateo's english was quite bad so when i wanted to pay the city tax and said that would be nice to pay with a card instead of cash, he thought i didn't want to pay at all and started yelling at me. i asked why he was shouting at me, he could not answer. even if you put aside the rudeness of the owner, the room was dusty, the photos of the room are photoshopped and look much better than in reality, the bathroom is dirty, there are stains everywhere on the walls and ceiling, i found a bunch of someone else's blond hair in my bed (see the photos). also if you have big suitcases or are a disabled/elderly person there are tall and steep stairs without a lift. the next morning mateo texted me if everything was fine (no apologies), as if nothing had happened. i said i was disappointed with the way he treated me and the room itself, i also sent the photos of the dirt. already knowing that my feedback on the booking would be bad, he began to gaslight me and claim that it was me who attacked him, that i insulted him with my comments about his behavior and the cleanliness of the room, that he has all good reviews and that i should, according to him, "do an examination of conscience". then he said if i didn't like the dirty room then i had to leave.

The location is amazing we had to change rooms due to our original room’s air conditioning being broken, and then our new rooms was also broken but the host fixed it promptly.

The room was very tasteful and comfortable. Our host Matteo was very helpful. The location is good for exploring. The road outside is noisy at rush hour times.
