Friendly staff, very clean & comfortable hotel.
-
Great location, amazing staff
-
The property had a very rustic charm and very Friendly helpful staff.
-
Spacious room with nice indoor pool. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Out door pool is beautiful but very cold.
-
The location, the included breakfast, The restaurant was not very good, the bed/pillows weren’t very comfortable, the 1 hr use by appt only of indoor pool/sauna/steam room was weird, the bathroom amenities were lacking, and the design/layout of the building didn’t make any sense. Felt like we were staying at a motel with a lot of unused space in the center.

A high-end luxury property, flawlessly maintained. Very attentive and kind staff, rooms and all areas were spotlessly clean. Spacious and very quiet rooms with excellent view and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent - great variety and top quality of the products. Obviously, a lot of thought was put to ensure guests would enjoy a very relaxing experience. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. I don't understand why anyone would give less than 10/10 rating. To access the place, one has to drive a few min through narrow roads that are poorly maintained. Not a challenge and nothing unpleasant though.

The food in the restaurant is way too complicated and not very good. The staff is lovely. For lunchtime at our café food is not very good. Either and service is very slow. The staff is very nice and the place is beautiful.

The hotel is a little bit remote from the main cities in Puglia. Personally, I enjoyed the remote part because it was extremely quiet. On the other hand, we always had to drive to all objectives. Nevertheless, the staff was extremely warm, positive and extremely eager to help us. Moreover, the fine-dinning restaurant was delicious. The hotel feels a bit rusty.

The hotel and property is beautiful! The staff was so wonderful. I really like that there is a free shuttle into the town. My family and I felt very well taken care of. The restaurant was also very nice! And Room service was quick. Nothing

Charming location. We stayed here the night before travel and it was perfect for that purpose (about 1 hour from Bari airport). Pleasant staff. Nice breakfasts on the terrace. Needs some upgrades. Furniture seems worn a bit.

We loved the property, the pool, the spacious room and balcony. The staff were welcoming and very helpful! The area was beautiful and very peaceful with flowering trees and plants, stone walls, historic buildings, vineyards, olive groves and farms and a beautiful view of the sea. We enjoyed biking on the small winding roads( bikes were available from hotel!). It was a quick drive to Polignano. The breakfasts were incredible! Sunsets spectacular. Loved everything

I would expect the room to be a bit more fancy
-
The hotel is great to relax and the service was great! I think they should have their shuttle Bus do more trips to town.
-
Very special structure, in the middle of nature, amazingly preserved, great rooms, facilities- bikes for free, got an upgrade to a suite- it was beautiful, very large, lots of space, private garden and a lot of places to sit outside A bit isolated You have to get by with a car

It is a beautiful countryside resort with lovely accommodations and staff. We ate dinner twice at the restaurant and it was quite good. Breakfast offering is complete and tasty. Also used the spa for facial and body scrub-superb. There is a shuttle that can take you to and from the sea The gym was quite small. Has some free weights, 10 kg max. and 1 weight machine but that was not working. A few cardio machines.

So peaceful, the beds were really comfortable and the staff were just wonderful! We really enjoyed the spa and the pool was quiet and very calm. Lunches left us hungry. I really enjoyed the dinners but it was challenging for vegetarian children as there weren’t so many options for them. The car service was very professional but I think next time we would hire a car for more flexibility.

Beautiful and serene place to stay and use as base to visit nearby places like Polignano da Mare, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello…. The breakfast was excellent and very complete. The restaurant is delicious and the service is first class. Special thanks to Desiree’ and Fabian for making our stay wonderful!

Excellent and helpful staff. Lovely countryside area surrounding of the hotel. Quiet around. Perfect cleanliness. The reception will always answer any request. Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa area. It was already cold outside and we had to persuade them to let the child at least go into the indoor pool to warm up. We had to call the senior manager to get such permission. Very low quality dinners at the hotel. The menu hardly changed every day.
