San Lorenzo Boutique Hotel & SPA

I liked the location, food, grounds and very comfortable rooms and mattresses-high quality! I loved everything about this hotel

Yo sufro de alergia y tengo un problema en los pulmones y nos asignaron una habitación que tenia una humedad muy fuerte, se veia hasta con moho, tenian Deshumidificador y los aparatos absorbentes de humedad. Pedimos cambio y nos la dieron por esa noche, al dia siguiente no tenian mas disponibilidad. Dije que no podia quedarme alli por mi problema que que podiamos hacer que si me devolvian el dinero y me dijeron que si que ellos le decian a booking y resulta que despues que nos fuimos booking me dice que no podian devolverme el dinero porque el hotel dijo que no era cierto. Booking creyo al hotel y no me devolvieron la diferencia de la estadia. Realmente me parecio una falta de seriedad tanto del hotel como de booking. Tenia hecha por booking y las cumpli 6 reservas mas. De hecho una de ellas la hice la noche del problema en el hotel. Lamentablemente por confiar en la palabra de las personas no tomamos fotos antes de salir. Cuando booking me pide prueba nos devolvemos al hotel y no me dejan entrar a la habitación que podia ir a las 3 PM y cuando fuimos ya habian hecho su trabajo que son las fotos publicadas, se habian encargado de pintar, si se ve asi pintado imaginense antes de eso. Por ese motivo no puedo calificar al hotel con buena puntuación. No lo recomiendo.

Jacuzzi & great view View from hotel

Very, very good, quite peaceful, beautiful! Breakfast was just ok - a lot of the buffet food was cold, weak coffee (in Italy?). Front desk staff was aloof and not friendly or welcoming. Restaurant staff was fantastic, serving, wonderful! A+++++

The property itself was charming. The bed was comfortable. It seemed a little “worn”. Rusty shelving in bathroom, paint peeling from Gazebo over patio. Fake moss above headboard very dusty. Fortunately, we don’t have allergies.

Breakfast was delicious and the location was the best part. Charming, lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved it!

This is a great hotel in a very relaxing setting. Everything was very classy and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was something to remember. Everything is super fresh with numerous choices. I like everything, but wish the pool were heated.

Seafood in the restaurant was consistently not fresh and management didn’t seem to be interested in the feedback.

Property is beautiful! Gardens and location is amazing! So nice to come away from the hustle and bustle, and literally under 10 minutes away. The pool and spa is lovely! Large room with 2 balconies The cleaning service forgets that ppl may be sleeping in the morning. Having full on conversations in the hall. They also apparently don’t understand the meaning of a non disturb sign. They decided it was a good time to run some maintenance while we had the sign. Kept knocking on the door and asked to come in. Minor, but nonetheless annoying

The restaurant/bar upstairs was all but non-existent. They had the facilities to have them but never had them staffed, nor any indication how to get their attention. Also zero signage or menus anywhere to showcase the food options. One thing Italy is known for is food, and this upscale hotel felt like it was trying to keep their food options a secret aside from the pool area. Also, the hotel is outside of town, and could benefit from having a small golfcart type transport offering to take guests to nearby historic city center. The breakfast is a slight step above continental…more protein options should be added if they wish to appeal to an international crowd.

Location close to Polígnano a Mare with parking. With an early flight arrival we we welcome to enjoy the pool and lunch until the room was ready. Pop music playing around the hotel.

The place is nice, as are the views. Breakfast is great and the restaurant food is tasty. The pool area is quite big and pleasant. Minor details need improvement. For example, the apartment had a nice wine fridge but no wine glasses. Slippers were available but only in one of the toilets, for half of the guests. The jacuzzi was not clean and the place in general could be cleaner.

We ate in the dining room one evening and the food left a lot to be desired ..

Location away from bustle of town but with sea views.

Wonderful staff,the fabulous views ,great chef Unhealed pool, too cold to swim . Maybe just the time of visit

Lovely property. Far enough out of town to be chilled. The staff were fabulous and extremely helpful.

The hotel was fabulous. Very clean and spacious rooms and l9vely breakfast. Great pool facilities too. Will definitely be back couldn't fault anything
