Beautiful pool and patio area but no pool towels are provided so a bit difficult to use. The breakfast was served in a very clinical room upstairs- perhaps it could be served in the downstairs patio instead.

The breakfast was bad , the shower was to small , the balcony was dirty from birth poop, the swimmingpool we couldn"t use the second day because there was something wrong ..the airco was really bad and it was really hot . The people didn"t speak English .. we want to orde some drink and it was empty in the night ..

It had a parking. The room had a mini fridge. The room had a horrible smell (like stink bugs). There weren't many breakfast options and the juices were spoiled. The garden wasn't maintained. The room was decent-sized and very overpriced. It was clear that the beds were made by the made by the owner. We had spent a week in Italy and considering other hotels at this time of the year, this is worth 35€ a night (we spent 106€). It feels like old dirty farm. The staff was decent. Would not recomend.

5 min from downtown monopoli and easy to get there. Parking was easy Out dated. Gardening around pool would look better

Nothing but breakfast server she was polite and helpful Hotel is miles from anywhere no taxis or public transport I had to walk for miles on a busy and unlit road .The receptionist was sullen rude unhelpful and downright unpleasant.

Breakfast - does not provide many options and some of them were usually depleted before 10 am. Location - if you don't have a car location could be an issue since the road towards Polignano is not walkable and there is no public transport. Taxis are available though.
