2. It had parking 3. Big balconies and 8 big windows for the room 1. There was a cigarette lefover in the balcony 2. Not much variety at breakfast - no vegetables at all, only boiled eggs that were cooled badly and almost impossible to take the shell off. 3. The room was at a different level from the room entrance and toilets accesible by narrow helical stairs. Going down for toilets during night is hard and even dangerous. 4. Toilet tends to stuck letting water to run continuously. 5. One morning there was not hot water probably because the day bafore was rainy and cloudy so they probably didn't activate the electrical heat

This is a palatial estate which is predominantly used for weddings . It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are awe inspiring .

About 1 mile from the historic area of Polignano Sur Maare. Breakfast was very good in a castle-like room. Would have liked to have had control of the temperature in our room

San Tommaso hotel is a beautiful property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was great!

- gardens, external look gorgeous - cleanliness of the rooms - Bathrooms - horribly loud music day 1 until 11pm - better but still loud music day 2 until 1am - although they mention it is a wedding venue, they don’t mention about the loud music that is impossible to sleep (it should not be a hotel)

The grounds and room were extremely beautiful! The room was clean and spacious. There’s a lot of charm to this place! The only small issue was on the Saturday night they held a wedding which was a bit loud. It did end at 11:30, so not to late. Since this is a wedding venue we were expecting this!

Great property, clean and beautiful rooms. It’s 5 mins drive from the center. Easy parking and very nice breakfast. Air conditioning doesn’t have a remote. You need to make a call to turn off the AC but it works well. Also there is wedding every night and it finishes around 9 pm. We enjoyed it but it’s not for people that looking for silence.

Great place a little bit out of town so you need a car or monoped. It is old guest house for church ⛪️ guests of local bishop. Very nice. Space, clean rooms, nice bathrooms. Fine breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property just a 10-minute drive from Polignano a Mare. The room was massive—both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made the experience even better. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality options that clearly went beyond the usual hotel fare. The hotel was easy to find, with a big parking lot and a clearly marked entrance. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We used it as a base to explore nearby towns, and in hindsight, we’re really glad we picked this spot over other options in the area. Highly recommend.

Exceptional

Beautiful property, very well maintained. Very pleasant staff! Well located if you are renting a car, 5 minutes to Polignano a mare. Only disappointed with the breakfast, always cold, not many choices, need to improve this aspect, rest all very pleasant stay!

There were ants in the room we stayed in. The staff were able to sort it out by cleaning and disinfecting the room

Crazy beautiful place with an amazing service and room sizes! The breakfast could be a bit better, also the beds are not the most comfortable

Everything, really everything is perfect. Friendly staff. You really feel that nothing is too much trouble for them and that they work with love. The hotel itself and the surroundings, like in paradise. I hope to come back in the future. One small, really small comment. By the mini bar in the room, you could add glass glasses instead of plastic.

The property exterior was majestic, renovated in quality and authenticity. the lights at night were stunning. The common areas felt welcoming and created a cosy environment. Elevator is a + The room was large, bathroom had all amenities. Breakfast offered the essentials with personal service. the room interior design was outdated and a weird mix of styles. Unfortunatel we could not regulate the temperature. A single sheet was not enough for me to stay warm.

Great staff in a beautiful hotel.

The stairs to the bedroom were beautiful but they are stairs and when I got to the room it was cut up with two more sets of stairs inside my room
