The shower was to small and the water pressure was low.

The breakfast was simple with limited choice, but good. The view over the pool was good but our balcony and room, which was clean, were both very small. Further out from Polignano than expected (you need a car). Welcome took a little while because nobody was there initially and nobody spoke English. Didn't feel welcome. Felt tolerated at best.

Lovely rural B&B hotel in the hills above Polignano. Lots of free parking on site. Check in and check out very easy, host speaks decent English. We were given a room overlooking the pool area. Excellent airconditioner, TV, good wifi. Property is a 10 minute drive into the very very busy Instagram-famous town of Polignano ? nice to see but nicer to come back to this quiet relaxing property. We had dinner in town so not sure what the on-site restaurant is like. We had drinks poolside in the evening served by Nona. Breakfast was self serve, usual Italian cakes, a small selection of meat cheese and hard boiled eggs, cafe latte. Great property to explore the chaos of Polignano and area, nice to come back to peace and quiet.

Only a family team understands how another family would like to be received. We were well received on a family party day and we had our late check-out allowed upon payment of a small tax Our room was on the ground floor. Our privacy was a little compromised and the room had only a small window, with little natural light.
