Lama Monachile Beach and the Old Town are right there, within walking distance. Comfy apartment, quiet local neighborhood, sea views on each side of the balcony—the stay was fantastic.

The room was bright and clean. It had a coffee maker and fridge. The location was good and reasonably quiet. I stayed in a small room which was essentially a small bedroom with a bathroom but it was fine for me as a solo traveler. It would a challenge for a couple. It appears that a lock box code was to be sent to me. It was not. I advised I’d be there at check in but no one was there. I finally messaged and someone showed up 10 minutes later with a small hammer to break open the lock box so they obviously knew it was not functioning but made no arrangements to meet me at the property. Most upsetting was that I booked this property specifically because of the elevator which did not work for my entire stay. When I communicated this on the first day, they had no idea of when it would be fixed and I saw no one even looking at it during my entire stay. It seemed that management was not particularly interested in ensuring a good guest experience.

We liked the deck. Good location. Quiet and easy to walk to everything Shower was so tiny you could not bend over. We felt that we were on our own there most of the time. The bath towels felt like dish towels.

It was just outside the historic area so it was fairly quiet but close to everything we were looking for. The refrigerator was an asset and the powerful shower was great.

The cleaning service was scheduled and did not show up - the hosts eventually sent over fresh towels but it would have been nice to have a clean apartment.

Location wise it was great There was miscommunication about the parking and the key and how that worked and then ended up that the key didn’t actually work and we were lucky that we were able to get the key to the parking lot from someone that does work there. On the pictures it looks like a different layout of what we had booked as opposed to the room to be aware that it is tiny. It is a sliding door to get into the room as it is so small. Also it’s the bare minimum as for any blankets and sheets and yes, the AC works, but it definitely does not cool as much as you would expect it to cool. Yes during high season the cost will obviously be more expensive, but the cost did not justify the stay.

The bedroom, though small, was very nice. Very small place to put clothes. The free toiletries is one very small shampoo and body wash for 2 people. Obviously not enough. No hangers for the towels

Amazing view from the balcony. Just a few minutes walk to the old town. Great communication with the owner. Although the room is small, it is very cozy. I recommend staying there?. We receive all information what we need. About best restaurants in this area too?!

It was very close to the city centre, but in a quite street

Very comfortable apartment, well located in proximity to the old town, train station, restaurants, cafes and waterfront. Host was very flexible regarding check-in, had great local knowledge, and even made a dinner reservation for me (at La Locanda Porta Picc - can highly recommend). This room was small but they did a good job furnishing so it was not uncomfortable.

Excellent location of the apartments - near the historical center and the beach. Quiet street, balcony with cute furniture and decorations. The room is small, but comfortable, enough for mom and teenage daughter. There is everything you need - hangers for clothes, hair dryer, coffee maker, fridge, cups, glasses. The bathroom is spacious and clean, plenty of towels. The owner is an incredibly nice man. From the moment of booking, he was very helpful - we immediately received information about town, apartments, restaurants and cafes, information about excursions. Thanks to his help, we easily got to the apartment and checked in quickly. Every evening we got a message asking if everything was ok and if we needed cleaning, towels or any help, but nobody disturb us personally. sometimes internet connection was slow
