The hotel is very well located, the room was a good size, the shower was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here!

We booked last minute and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was really nice and the parking/transport worked great. Super consigliato, grazie!

The location was excellent, communication with the place was perfect, it was clean and really comfortable bed, the room is really spacious and we love our balcony The stairs at the beginning were painful but the rest was all excellent.

Davide was a great help having never been there before. Was a lively, pretty, beautifully looked after seaside town. The hotel was in the perfect position to explore. Nothing!

Exceptional

The location is superb, right in the old town, but quiet enough to feel relaxed. The roof terrace was lovely and we used the private car park which was easy to find. The staff were super friendly and we would stay here again. Apart from steep stairs, which were fine for us, but may have caused problems for others, there was nothing we didn't like.

A beautiful experience

Caterina was the most amazing and helpful host! She helped with everything we wanted or needed including a golf ride to the train station so we didn’t have to walk with our bags. The room was great the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend!

A lovely place in a central location with excellent service from the staff.

This was a lovely little B&B in the heart of old Polognano, easy to reach from the station and in a lovely spot surrounded by shops bars and restaurants. The room was spotless and clean and the balcony was so lovely to sit out on in the evenings. The staff who attended us was lovely and helpful and was available via WhatsApp for anything else we needed. The bed was a little soft for our tastes but not enough to be an issue. We loved everything about the room, but be aware there are stairs which are steep and narrow (like most older buildings) to the appartments and rooftop so consider that if you have big luggage. I would also like suggest to the management team that maybe some wine glasses for guest to use might be nice, we only had plastic cups to drink our Prosecco from on the balcony which was not as elegant.

Very good

We booked 2 rooms at this property. The rooms were super clean, the staff is super friendly and the location is ideal. From the photos we expected the rooms to be newer, more renovated and of better quality. In addition, although in the room description both rooms should have a queen bed, in one of the rooms the bed was really small and not so comfortable.

We loved Palazzo Maringelli which is a large bedroom and en-suite . It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The property is very well positioned in the “old town” of Polignano a mare. Caterina was our “contact” whom was very helpful with any query of the area. We had no complaints at all !
