Here’s a warm, enthusiastic review: We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of character. Every room is uniquely decorated, with charming décor that makes the experience feel special. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were excellent, and everything had a fresh, relaxing atmosphere. Although it’s not right in the town center, we found the location to be perfect. It was quiet, yet everything was easily accessible with a quick and inexpensive tuk-tuk ride. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. When we mentioned that we had a very early departure, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast options for us to take with us, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing place with outstanding hospitality. If you’d like, I can also  make it sound a little more luxurious or  more like a natural Tripadvisor/Google review. No lift so bags were hard to manage up and down stairs.

Very kind and helpful personnel, nice design in the apartments, very nice breakfast. All was perfect, or even better than perfect Would recommend to not change towels every day, it’s nice but follow new trends to change those ones which are on the floor ?

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, Raffaele in reception assisted us with booking tours and providing useful information and went out of his way to answer our texts whenever we contacted him. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The location is just out of town but the 10 minute picturesque walk is beautiful along the coast. A quick inexpensive tuk-tuk ride home at the end of an evening in town is convenient and fun! Continental breakfast was wonderful and offered a wide assortment of choices. Plus there is a small beach next to the property for a delightful swim in the sea. There is also parking on site if needed. We loved Polignano a Mare and would stay here again.

Excellent host, contacted us in advance and welcomed us on arrival. Great speedy communication for any questions and super helpful. Location is perfect, bars, restaurants and a lovely beach / beach bar next door. Room is exceptional high quality, we loved it as a family of four. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in italy, everything you could ever want. Highly recommend.

Decorated beautifully. Property is out of town but able to get Tuk Tuk’s into town. Owner suggested great restaurants to eat at.

The staff was polite and helpful. Any request was answered in a timely manner. The rooms were nice, modern, comfortable and clean, the same way as in the pictures. The location was close to the city center of Polignano a Mare, around 15 min by walk. Nice beaches were close, cca 20 min by car, free of charge or paid.

The location of the hotel is very good, 1.5 km from the center but all attractions are easily accessible on foot. There is a port next to the beach, in a nice clean environment. The breakfast is plentiful, delicious and fresh. The room is modern and newly built, very decorative. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is firm. The room is cleaned and towels are changed every day. Well worth the price! -
