This is an older property that has been very well maintained over the years! The only real mark down would the price!

Great hotel right across from the lake. views from the rooms are very nice. Check-in was extremely fast and efficient great parking and felt very secure. Nice park right next-door to go sit in. A little landscaping would go a long way to dress up the front of this very nice otherwise motel.

The view from the lake front rooms is incredible. The property is dated, but for the price was a good value. Sits on the main road in Polson so expect some traffic noise.

The room we stayed in was the only one on the ground floor where the air conditioning wasn't working. This meant that there was a freestanding AC unit which had been sort of fixed against the window, but not properly built in, which meant that it was like having the window open. You don't want to sleep with the window open next to a highway. So I can't rate any higher simply because we paid the same price for a room where we slept poorly because of effectively having a window open that we couldn't close. The room itself was good and clean and I'm sure the place would be nice otherwise though!

We loved the room and being located just across the street from Flathead Lake. It was a beautiful view. The amenities were good. Friendly staff. The only two things I think could be adjusted was our carpet was extremely dirty as if the carpets haven't been cleaned for a long time and only vacuumed. Out feet were black with the dirt so I wouldn't walk around in bare feet. The second thing is it would be nice during the breakfast to have a protein option instead of only fruit and bread or cereal. The coffee was made perfectly! I would definitely stay here again because I loved the decor, lighted and heated vanity mirror, soft beds, and the shower/tub design. All in all, a good stay and one I would repeat.

Staff vacuumed room above at 12:45 am. When we called to complain, the person vacuuming answered the phone. And didn't bother to stop.

They had the best big park right next to hotel with an amazing view of the lake! Our pups were in heaven! Thank you. Our room was so large and comfortable with 3 pups! Would stay again

It was nice and clean. The view was amazing. The breakfast was sub par, very carb heavy with cereal, bagels, bread and waffles. The only protein was hard boiled eggs.
