Casino was under construction. They did not have my king room but staff was working hard to make it right. Room was ok. The view is magical
-
The casino is under construction which separates both wings on rooms. It’s a mouse trap to get to the rooms on the east end
-
I like the lake
-
big so it's perfect for a family. Inside pool, sauna and hot tub was nice.
-
Highly recommend this location. Beautiful views, staff was too notch and the facility was super clean and accommodating.
-
Loved the lake view, construction going on so had to walk a ways to get to front desk. Casino not on property due to construction. Shuttle bus was nice though. Rooms well maintained , but bed was lumpy and terrible.
-
Great place to stay, overlooking the lake is heavenly. Could do a little better cleaning the shower. Everything else there was great
-
Was under construction .Cafe is very small and under staffed .Other wise very happy .
-
Avoid this place. First there is no casino, the rooms are dirty, and the staff could care less about their customers.
-
Breakfast isn’t included but was reasonably priced. Outdoor bar and seating was very pleasant.
-
Everything under construction and server didn't want to take a food order because it was 5 minutes to close. No casino.
-
The ice machine was broken in our building and gave us the wrong information to find one. They are remodeling the casino. Maybe it will be better when they are finished. We were woken up by footsteps above our room.
-
Everything was wonderful, especially the patio overlooking the lake.
-
Was a really cute little resort, loved the lake side view!!!
-
Great view, Great service!

The casino is closed down with construction but provide a free shuttle to the big casino up the road. Our room was spacious, clean and definitely more than enough room for just the two of us. We attended a wedding and all the staff were helpful except a few that didn’t seem to know what was going on/how to help us. Overall a wonderful stay!

This was not a good stay....they should have disclosed the renovation and possibly gave a discount.
-
Left a watch charger in the room, tried to reach hotel thru phone and email with no response. Was not anything extraordinary for the amount that they charge. The casino was closed.

Very nice resort and incredible view from lake side suite. However, disappointed with the inaccuracy of the information listed for resort amenities on Expedia at the time of our booking. Our decision to stay was based on specific amenities clearly advertised on their Expedia page. The listing stated: “Lake cruises from the marina. Board The Shadow onsite for narrated, twilight, or Wild Horse Island trips.”, “Casino entertainment anytime. A 24-hour gaming floor with 200-plus machines keeps nights active.” It also advertised bicycle rentals. Upon arrival, we discovered that none of these were available. After our complaint they have updated the Expedia page but have never apologized for these misrepresentations and have ignored our complaint email.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and that did cause some inconvenience, but the staff did their best to minimize it.
