Location was great, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need. Large lounge and breakfast area with a view. The staff was quite rude for no reason, and we only stayed there one night. We also had our 2-night stay in one of the group’s other hotels in Munich, and the staff there were friendly with a positive to help attitude. At Cloud one, the reception staff are lacking a bit of basic decency and basic customer service manners. We only stayed one-night by the way, and we barely used the hotels spaces or services, so it was mostly at the reception.
