Great location. If you travel with older people or children, it’s easy to drop them in front of the hotel (together with all your luggage). Main attraction points are within walking distance. Staff is very friendly, speaking several languages. Parking is 100 mt away. Great choice! Everything was great.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff on reception Hard working cleaning staff, very clean room and bathroom Easily accessible shower and useful stool in the bathroom Very comfortable bed and pillows Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, cooked eggs were available to order, however the breakfast room was up several steps from the lift, not easily accessed by those with mobility issues Garage parking was available but the lift was not working so again, poor provision for those with mobility issues Unfortunately, this beautiful hotel facade has had the "heart and soul" ripped out of it by corporate style modernisation The bar was not open The hotel was not easily accessible to those with mobility issues

Friendly staff, were able to put luggage on hold while we explored and before our room was ready, very convenient to be he train station, great breakfast, had an elevator, signs were in English, obviously the staff was trained to be team players. No issues at all

What a great experience! The hotel was in a perfect location and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was incredible and we looked forward to it every morning. The breakfast room was also very cheerful with big windows. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We will definitely return to this hotel!

First of all, your wonderfully friendly and welcoming staff made our stay truly special. Ms. Olga, who took care of both our check-in and check-out, was exceptionally kind and helpful. We would also like to mention the Spanish-speaking lady who looked after us during breakfast. Unfortunately, I have forgotten her name, but her warmth and hospitality genuinely made us feel at home. The rooms were, as always, spotlessly clean, pleasantly cool and very comfortable. And of course, the location is simply perfect – right in the heart of Nürnberg and very close to the city centre. And last but certainly not least: your FANTASTIC breakfast! My wife is absolutely in love with your breakfast! The selection, quality and wonderful atmosphere in the morning make it something we always look forward to. Please send our warmest greetings and sincere thanks to your fabulous team.
