The room was so perfect and comfortable! All the staffs were so nice and friendly! Thank you so much for everything!

They also seem to have a lot of interesting events. We stayed in the chapel for a bit.

I found it confusing to locate. Look for CPH, which is what I didn’t do.

Great

Quiet place in very central location - just 2 min walk from the central station. Exceptionally friendly stuff. Very clean and tidy. Very nice breakfast. Would be nice to have a small box of facial tissues in the room. Otherwise, nothing could be better.

Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Convenient location. Street noise at night prevented sleeping much during the wee hours. One bedroom window did not close properly. Shower gel bottle did not function properly.

Room was perfect for what I wanted: clean comfortable place to keep my things, shower, and sleep. My friend who stayed in the adjacent room reported that he couldn’t sleep even with the complementary ear plugs, due to the night club next door. It was a Saturday night and he is a light sleeper, so it was a little bit of a “perfect storm” but as a not-light sleeper, I didn’t have any trouble sleeping

The location and staff were great. The breakfast was good also Better directions to hotel it was a little hard to find. Took us quite awhile to locate it and even other hotels across the street were unaware of it. Rooms very plain with minimal amenities. Felt like I was in a college dorm.

Only the location and the breakfast on the positive. The freezing showers and the cold nights. I really can't leave good reviews , I stayed 3 days there without heating nor Hot water during a quite chilly season already. It rained and it was humid and cold the majority of the time, very cold at night. I understand technical issues but you should have provided a refund or an alternative Accomodation.

I understand that the hotel is a part of the Caritas, which is a Christian organization. Probably this is why my room had a Crucifixion. Personally, I do not mind it, but for some people it could be a sensitive issue, so, maybe it would be better if the hotel wrote about it on their website. From the other hand, if you are Christian, then it would be a nice bonus for your stay (plus, they have a tiny chapel on the ground floor, where you can come any time). One thing that I missed in the hotel - the kettle in the room! Its lack was the only thing I did not like. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel is modest, but everything was clean and well maintained. The room was small but reasonably comfortable, offering good value for money. Its location is excellent: right in the heart of the old city and just a few minutes walk from the central station, which makes it ideal for exploring. Breakfast was enjoyable. My only complaint is that the room didn’t have air conditioning, and it became quite hot and humid during our stay, which was rather unpleasant. That said, we were told the heat was unusually intense those few days, so it may not be the norm.

The location is very convenient - just a short walk to the train station. The room was good, the breakfast was standard but decent. Fast Wi-Fi. There were three different pillows, which made sleeping comfortable The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the shower area — there were dark spots between the tiles and in the corners. Also, there's a nightclub right across the street, so it's hard to sleep with the windows open due to the noise, which makes the room stuffy

Extremely friendly staff, good location, clean and quiet room, tasty breakfast with lots of selections.

The location was perfect for us. It is close to the main Railway station which we reached via the Underground from Nuremberg Airport. It is situated very close to the Germanisches Nationalmuseum which we visited. It is situated within the pedestrian zone at the heart of the town, and we could walk everywhere. The twin room was comfortable and very quiet, the bathroom excellent. All was very clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. The price was good too. The staff were nice, friendly and very helpful. All together excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing.

AC would not let me lower the temperature to under 18°C (64°F), window was large to get a cool breeze in, but then with its central locations i did allow the sounds from the city into the room.

The hotel is a great combination of price-quality-location. Whenever I will visit Nuremberg for my future trips, it will be the first in my list. A wonderful breakfast included into the price is a separate joy. Nothing to add.

The hotel is very well situated , close to the railway station and just in the beginning of the city center area. The breakfast is very good, many choices and the coffee is from an espresso machine , which was great. The room was quiet small and basic , but for a short stay is fine. There was a constant low noise in the room, but this is usual in most hotels. Also, beware that if you put the ventilator on, in the bathroom, it will go at least for 30min after you switch it off!

I'll start with the good things first: the location is very good, very close to the train station which was the main reason I chose it and the price was ok. The building is a bit hard to find, a bit hidden but also quiet. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom was not what they advertise on Booking. I'm all about accessibility but I was not even told I was given an accessible room. I expected something completely different (like the pictures on Booking). There was no tv in the room (just a Bible in the closet, which is ok, since it is a Catholic place, which I found out too late). I had a huge issue with the Internet and could not access with my cell phone and was told that my access to Internet was blocked for 24 hours and there was nothing to be done! Outrageous, frankly, I stay in many hotels and it's the first time something similar has happened. On top of it, I had to wait half an hour for the water to warm so I could shower! The 2 curtains didn't cover the windows either, so if the light bothers you, this is definitely not the place for you. Breakfast was good and the location but all in all, it is not worth it to stay there. There are plenty of better places in Nuremberg.
