Loved the location. Our window overlooked the walking area in downtown. The room was large enough and clean. The hotel is old and the stairwell really interesting. The hallways to the rooms are also not very representative of the rooms. The rooms are more modern than the hallway and stairwell. The elevator is one of the old door ones. We never saw a staff member. The check in is done through an electronic machine. Make certain you have your PIN number so you can get your door cards. Overall I would say we enjoyed the facility. It was a good price and had a wonderfully unusual twist. Location is perfect for walking around in town. There is a sex shop across the street, a casino next door and a dispensary two doors down. That being said we felt extremely safe and the area was not too loud. The check in process was a bit confusing and we did not see a staff member our entire stay.

The Receptionist is a charismatic man, and he's always respectful. Also I love his dog. The room was much worth it and very nice.

NO SHOWER, no staff about to help, lift didn't always work, worst place I've been

The light of my room was not working also the toilet didn't have a lock

It´s a basic hotel but the location is very central. It has everything it mentioned, but feels a bit like a student dorm that needs some maintenance. I would say if the price is good, then its an ok option for someone that is not expecting super high quality. We had low expectations, but it was ok. It had some flickering lights in the corridors, some old piping which is ok. The main issue was in the shower that at first even opening the cold water only hot boiling water came out.

Great location and affordable prices No shower, uncomfortable beds and unclear guidelines about doing the check-in

Not as described or presented on the website very poor maintained place. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. The property did not match the description or photos advertised on the U.S.-based booking websites. The hotel appeared poorly maintained, outdated, and much less welcoming than expected. The cleanliness and overall condition of the building were disappointing, and the surrounding area did not feel family-friendly or comfortable for travelers with children. In addition, the staff was difficult to reach and not particularly helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, the listing created very different expectations from the actual experience. I strongly suggest future guests research carefully before booking.

This is a total scam. Nobody picks up the phone. There is no reception. Check in is done on machines. The doors open with code. The code sometimes doesnt work. There is no reception to help. You can easily get locked out of the room and spend your night with the druggies and drunkies outside the hotel. Good luck

The place is not bad at all, I heard some people outside screaming late at night but it's close to the station (which is good) the staff was really nice despite my german not being the best. The room was perfect. It had one bed, one dresser and a desk. Also...a sink? Unfortunately it only had one outlet so if you need to charge multiple devices, you should buy an adapter. (i got the single room) The bathroom is shared with the whole floor. which is okay considering there arent many people, but the toilette area is so small i could barely open the door and get inside. For some reason the light kept turning off, and it was pretty hot inside. I had trouble locking the door from the outside. It could be me. but if you need help, put the code and turn the lock clockwise to lock the door. easy!

The check-in was confusing as well as the room door lock. We had to watch a video to see how they worked, but no video to see how to relock your door from the inside nor the outside. There were 3 separate large protests happening down the street and in the area that night with lots of noise, crowds, and police presence. The breakfast was a joke. We filled up on rolls and got myself a bowl of cereal. There had been smoking in the breakfast room. Had to figure out the elevator. Took stairs several times at first. The place reminded my son of Disney's 'Tower of Terror'. The location was in a large pedestrian zone. Good luck finding parking. Room hotter than Hades. Left both windows open overnight even with temperatures in lower 40's. Traveled many corners of the world for vacation and prior military. Never expected this in a modern city.

The few people I saw working there were mostly friendly. The location would be really good if it wasn't for the late-night shouting outside, probably due to the two gambling halls / arcades right next to it. The bed was simply awful! I never slept this badly. The first night I hardly slept at all because the mattress was so worn out that I could feel the individual metal springs. The next day I turned it around and there was a large brown stain right in the center. My room didn't have a shower (I knew that), and the shared showers were out of service and apparently have been for years. The halls were dark, there were very few people there (I saw 3 other guests in total). There is no entry hall with a reception desk, just a short, dark hallway with a ticket machine that gives you a code for your room. In theory there is a "reception" desk, but it's in the breakfast room and hidden from view behind a pillar. The front door is unlocked with a code, but I'm not sure it actually locks since from the inside you just pull it open, and after leaving I waited a full Minute outside and still could just push the door open. The drain of the washing basin was full of glass shards. When I opened the window I saw insulation wool coming out of a large gap. I couldn't log into the non-public WIFI, I guess the key from their mail was outdated. On my last day someone walked into my room before 8am to check if I had left already, since I hadn't shown up for breakfast yet, where I was the last (probably only) one they were still waiting for.

Close to railway station Breakfast was not provided even-though it was included in the package and I asked multiple times and no reception persons the cook has no idea about the breakfast for me. I ended up going out to breakfast and cost me. No secure about the room, no security, old building etc

I like the hotel room and the bathroom was really big and super comfortable. I like that it had a hairdryer. The balcony was a plus and amazing. The staff didn’t speak English and didn’t tell me in the email that the handle didn’t open the door y was another kind of knob. I have emailed them that I was going to arrive at 6 in the morning. The staff was very angry at me, because they thought I didn’t have a reservation and was breaking in. They were rude. After confirmation, they apologized.

I liked just the cheap price and the cemtral location, anyway it was not worthy it at all, considering the fact that I had to leave and pay for another hotel room. There was no bathroom in my room. On that floor was just a non-functional WC. It's impossible to stay in a room without a bathroom. It's necessary for physiological needs and hygiene, especially after traveling.

Couldn’t find the showers even after asking

Was in the city center. The property is very outdated. Not much cold water in the faucets for showers or washing hands indicates on the faucet hot and is cold a little. The breakfast was a scary. Comes out in packages from a big cage like fridge. Everything is in packages nothing fresh. A friendly lady prepare a tray for you with items that are prepackaged and prepared. A sandwich that looks not appetizing, yogurt, chocolate milk, a bottle of juice a dessert. Separate from this they have coffee and also fresh fruits and dry cereals. We did not eat anything drink just coffee and left with 2 bananas. This was an experience that you seeing just in a movie.

Nothing Outrageous. Super primitive. No bath or toilet in the room. No shower on the floor. Only 2 toilets for 30 rooms. 1 of them could not be locked.

Everything The system that the booking.com missed up my payment of the reservation. I taught of I paid for the reservation, but when I arrived, it wasn't. Thanks to the receptionist, he managed the missed up.
