Location was fantastic in Old Town and close to train station. There is a cute roof top terrace we used one lovely afternoon. Staff were excellent! Nothing comes to mind

Wegen Überbuchung, musste ich in ein anderes Hotel…Herr Roland Launer hat mich angerufen und garantiert, dass er ein neues Zimmer mit den gleichen Konditionen gebucht hat…leider war das nicht der Fall. Zimmer war kleiner, Bett war auch kleiner und es gab keine Klimaanlage! Im Sommer über 30 Grad. Ich habe versucht Booking anzurufen, hat nicht funktioniert.

Close to everything which was great! The pillows are very uncomfortable. It’s like they’re barely stuffed at all. I had to stack 3-4 pillows just to get some neck support. I left with neck pain.

Fantastic location with everything in walking distance. Nice room which matches site description. Air con is excellent, shower small but hot water at all times. Breakfast good variety and on the rooftop. Staff excellent especially Alina whom helped me upon leaving when I broke my rucksack. Overall an excellent stay and well worth the room costs. No fault of the hotel however there is persistent noise from building works next to the hotel. The rooms should have a kettle, should not have to upgrade a room for a standard accessory that are in most hotels.
