Great/clean hotel with amazing balcony views. Close to restaurants and grocery store.

I like the location. Have had much cleaner room previously. The room was dirty and molded. Piles of dust and mold in the bathrooms.End tables in bedroom had food from previous guests. Microwave only worked if you slammed the door The grounds were dirty unlike before when I have stayed there.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the grounds. I enjoyed the tiki bar and pool area as well as the music they provided (both live and over speakers). It took a long time for staff to come check out problems. Smoke detector went off while cooking dinner at 7pm and someone didnt come by until the next morning. Also the toilet flooded the room a good bit and someone didnt come by for hours.

Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The hotel areas were very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. However, I think the elevators should be inspected and maintained more carefully, as I got stuck in one for about 10 minutes, which was an unpleasant experience. Aside from that issue, I enjoyed my stay and thought the hotel was very nice overall.

Our door didnt work properly, hard to open. Lots of mosquitoes by the tikki bar. Birds pooping on outdoor furniture, one pooped on my niece. Dead bird in the pond, raccoon poop on sidewalk
