Staff excellent.... Location exceptional.... Breakfast very good.... Overall stay was great and would return and/or recommend without hesitation....

Great location! All was good except the breakfast and the rooms need some new carpet, etc. They were doing construction on our floor but it was very quiet.

We also appreciated the breakfast and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt convenient and family-friendly, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great option in Pompano Beach.

Every staff member we encountered was wonderful. The rooftop bar was beautiful (even in the Florida night heat!). The room was great and designed for maximum use.

You cannot beat the location of the hotel. It was absolutely beautiful area, access to everything we wanted to do We were never told about the wallpaper redoing on floor 2 which was our floor prior to booking. We weee beyond shocked at the appearance, the painters tape over the smoke detector, which is against the law. The tape stayed there for 2 days and nights before my husband had to say something. He works in construction and for safety reasons he had to bring light to this. We were offered to change our floor the next day but I chose not to because I had unpacked when we first checked in. But I woke up everyday with a horrible headache and attributed the cause to the odor from the hallway that seeped into the room. Also, the ice machine was blocked by the painters equipment and paint. I witnessed another woman from another floor come to the 2nd floor with her ice bucket and reached over all the equipment to get some ice and there was none. I told her I wouldn’t use the ice anyways since there were empty drink containers in the ice bucket holder.

The hotel was great. The front desk agent should have more knowledge of the area and be more helpful to the guest.

Very nice hotel except they charge you to park. When I checked in the lady told me where to park and to bring her the ticket stub back to get it validated. So I parked and brought her back the ticket stub and she validated it and sent me a message with a QR code to get out of the parking garage. So the next morning I leave and 2 hours later I get an alert that the hotel charged me $25 plus tax for parking. Funny thing was as I used the QR code to leave it showed on the screen parking was $16.92. So not only do they not tell you about the parking charge but they charge you more than the parking garage charges you.

Good location at a fair price The check-in process was horrible. There was only one family in front of us checking in and the took 23 minutes to clear the desk. I repeatedly complained about the unnecessary delay but the staff member and customer engaged in a lengthy and irrelevant conversation which eventually became obviously intended to irritate me. My wife and I just wanted a key so that we could drop our luggage and pee after a long drive. Inexcusable! I wish that I could have fired the clerk myself.

The washroom was not cleaned and the beds not made. Only towels were replaced Outside of the Room Everything else was great
