It does not offer breakfast. There are several choices nerly. The best and only positive thing is the excellent location. Almost never you interact with the staff, in fact the property is operated by two or three people, there is not body in charge after hours, it says after 6:00 pm no front desk is available or other personnel, no security, no costumer service, nobody is in charge of property. The property is a "monument" to the corrosion and oxidation.

The hotel is in very bad shape and the bathroom very dirty room smelled like mold Everything!

The pictures are very inaccurate to the current conditions of the property. We bad broken furniture in our room, mold in the shower, dogs barking late at night in room next to us, cops everywhere, neighboring room guest accusing us of stealing her cat as soon as we arrived. Beach access but trash all over beach and homeless people sleeping right outside of hotel. We did not stay we immediately grabbed our bags and left.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. Very homey. Relaxing and very comfortable. Right on the beach. All the amenities of home but on the beach. LOVE this place The construction across the street was annoying but not the fault of Ebbtide

Easy parking and great beach view

Property is OUTDATED it feels like the late 90’s, bare minimum on everything. Bathroom window was broken and wouldn’t close…. Notified staff everyday only to have nothing done. No breakfast area on property, laundry area never opened on time as listed on the door. The best thing about this place is location on the beach. I would never stay here again. EXPEDIA this is not a HOTEL it’s an apartment. Make this your last option to rent.

Great, beautiful location but poorly maintained, apartments need a lot of work, dirty, old pots and pans, sand mixed with the water actually came out of pipes in bathroom, AC filters filthy, overhead fan dirty, old worn out furniture. Could be an amazing property with some TLC & hard work. Can’t beat the location, parking and safety

The property is lovely as it has a pool with plenty of seating and is right next to the beach and ocean. The staff were so helpful. They responded quickly and were very friendly. Overall this was a great property.

Clean room, beautiful view

Kitchen table was sticky. Couldn’t get it clean. Lounge chairs broken, good ones had no cushions, this is an OLD Florida motel. Small things like bath toiletries, paper towels, tissue paper, shampoo not provided. The price was very expensive but is founded on the old adage “location, location, location”. It I right on the beach, centrally located where all the action is. The price for the condition of the place makes this a last “resort” on your list.The access to the beach and restaurants was a plus.

We enjoyed our stay right on the beach at Ebb Tide. A nice boutique hotel that is not modern, but a great value for the price! The room was clean and the bathroom had a great powerful shower! We will be back!
