Location and quiet neighborhood All great

Rooms were comfortable and decor was good. Location was good for exploring pompeii Breakfast very basic, shower in room was small and no balcony furniture

I paid €120 for 3 nights which was ok, but if I'd have paid any more it wouldn't have been acceptable to be honest. Breakfast was 07:00-10:00 but tour/student groups get exclusive use of the breakfast room 08:00-09:00, if this id applicable you're told when you check in. I went for breakfast the first day, and I'm being literal here, there was 3 slices of salami, 2 slices of cheese, 3 pastries and cake left. You had to ask for tea and coffee which of course is fine but there was no one to ask. I got asked for my room number by 3 different women once they appeared, they then were clearly talking about me and were staring.... so a nice comfortabe breakfast time! Second day breakfast was a little better but very limited and items ran out and weren't replaced. The room was very tired and numerous lights didn't work. Shower was rusty. Towels were supplied, along with soaps and atiny shampoo. The water pressure was really good and nice and hot! I really liked there was fridage in the room which came with 2 small bottles of water that get replaced daily. There's a TV in the room but no remote, I guess you have to ask for it. The room was big which was nice. Free WIFI is good. The night staff doesn't speak English, which of course you shouldn't expect abroad anyeay, the interaction was still pleasant and I checked in fine. Took a copy of my passport but a credit card wasn't required which I like. Not much around the area but there are 2 supermarkets a few minutes walk on the same road. It can be hard to get an Uber or Taxi, the local taxis only take cash. There is a city tax of €3 per night due at checkout which can be paid by card or cash.

As a non Italian guest I'd prefer a more savory options for breakfast, like salad or differently cooked eggs. If not in a buffe form but at least as an option to be cooked for you.

The rooms could have been cleaned better. There were signs of mold in the shower. This should be especially important during the COVID pandemic. The floor in the room was not washed. There were no extra covers in the closet and no hangers for clothing. The balcony was empty without a table and chair for sitting.

People were very helpfull and friendly doesnt matter what. Thanks a lot again for everything!!!

The best and hardest working staff in Italy, expecially the hotel manager "Ornella". They provided everything requested immediatly and accuratly including directions, tour information and assistance. Restaurant ambiance was not very impressive, but the food was great. A little too dimly lit in the corriders.

Everything felt new and clean about this hotel. The room looked spectacular after staying in other hotels earlier. There was a lot of noise, both outside and coming from other rooms. The staff seemed unprofessional and and didn't communicate well. There's a crazy amount of lights and switches in the room that weren't explained at all and some of the shower didn't work

Front desk Staff was great, helpful and spoke English, very clean, great shower, walking distance to tourist attractions.

New, clean, clean, friendly staff, colorful. Included breakfast in price but charged 2$ for second cup of coffee. It was also a bit difficult to find but easy after fist time.

ornella, the quality conrtol mananger, keeps this place friendly, clean, and always at your service. The first night, we had an uncomfortable bed. The staff gave. us a new roomwithout questions when we asked. The new room was great.
