The location was great, plenty of parking, great breakfast, the desk person was very nice and extra helpful. We couldn’t find food and he was nice enough to bring us a kettle for tea!! Amazing stay!! N/A

Welcoming staff, pleasant hotel. Good info for restaurants from reception. Location… 20 min walk from centre, 40 mm walk from ruins. Area not glamorous… bit noisy from extraction system.

Staff very friendly, spoke English and were happy to go the extra mile eg. providing breakfast when we arrived at the restaurant after the point at which serving was due to have finished.

The hotel was close to the city center, 20 minutes on foot and I could easily reach the ruins of Pompei too. Staff was friendly and they answred to every question I asked them. Everything was great but this hotel is only for people who like walking a lot. For a person who isn't used to walk it could be a shock. This is the only negative side.
