Super location between Pompeii train station and Sanctuary. Quiet and set back from the street. Friendly and kind staff. Nice breakfast sweets. Very safe area near center and good restaurants. Lumpy bed and hard pillows. Needs new mattresses and pillow options.

The location is perfect as it is easy access to all of Pompeii. The hotel itself is old and needs updates. The beds are horrible; they should be replaced. The breakfast is typical European hotel breakfast. The best quality of this hotel other than perfect location, is the staff. The staff are wonderful!!! There is nothing the staff would not do to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. This was my third time to stay at Hotel Pace; I will return! Location and staff.

We liked the place. It was all green with lemon trees and stone as if we were in the small castle. It is probably nice and cool in hot summer days. The breakfast on the first day was abundant because it was a day of free Sunday access to Pompeii and there were many people. When we asked - we got all we needed for the room (we are tea fans so we asked for the kettle and cups). The lady on reception was wonderful - she waited for us even after the hours, because our train was late. The location is perfect - just 5min walk from the second entrance to Pompeii site It was a very warm welcome to our first time in Naples area <3 It is not the fault of the place, but on the second day we seemed to be the only guests in the hotel and it was feeling empty at the breakfast... The beds were a bit firmer to our liking, but it is a matter of taste. Overall, our stay was very nice, so we do not complain :)

What a lovely hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel so welcome. They really go above and beyond to treat their guests super well. Breakfast was so delicious I probably ate too much and gained weight. Lol. It was such a great stay and I will always remember the hotel and staff fondly. Super quiet and peaceful. Great location too— very close to Pompei Station and with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a great base for a multi day stay! It was a really wonderful home away from home. It was perfect.

Great location. Nice staff/owners. Queen bed was two twins put together and was very uncomfortable as the two mattresses kept separating and had to be pushed back together.

This is a cozy little hotel with basic rooms that are clean and comfortable. The ac works. The bathroom is clean and basic. But the best part is that you feel like you are staying in someone’s home because the couple who run it make you feel like an honored guest. There is a lovely garden to sit in and a roof top terrace to catch the breezes. Breakfast is basic but the coffee hand delivered after brewing. They follow the old fashioned form of closing for the afternoon hours but otherwise are available till 8. And you have your own keys to the gate which is locked at 9. It’s quiet inspite of being on one of the main roads in town. You are close to the main square and shopping district. And it is a very short walk to an uncrowded entrance to the ruins. Restaurants abound nearby. Rooms are a bit spare in decoration.

The location was perfect for my visit. The property is amazingly clean. My room was comfortable as well as charming and very inviting. Perhaps the finest element of this property would be management. Nadia and Cat are extremely gracious and welcoming. Having been my second visit I was welcomed with open arms and made to feel like family! Thank you Nadia and Cat for making my visit to Pompeii PERFECT!!!? I love the charm about the property along with the amazing managers.

We were in Pompeii for the night. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the ruins and many restaurants. The manager Nadia couldn't have been more helpful. I was missing my sunhat (it was in my backpack after all) and she double checked the room and nearby restaurant. She is a delight. There was a super looking roof terrace but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. The Pompei train station is close by. Not Pompei Scarvi station. Nothing

The owners are really friendly and helped us store our bags even before our room was ready. Also, we were upgraded to a better room, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was great, the location was superb, and the hotel itself was lovely, with its central garden of lemon trees and other plants and ornaments!

Everything! My 8 year old daughter absolutely loved it. And she wants to go back. Fantastic place with small garden and great terrace. Very good breakfast. And the staff was very friendly and very nice to talk to. Very close to both train station and entrance to archeological site. I promised my daughter that if we ever come back to Pompei we will definitely sleep there again! -

Beautiful little oasis tucked away but a stone’s throw from Pompei station. Comfy beds, hot powerful showers, delicious breakfast, super friendly owners who helped us with our plans and gave great advice. The kids also loved staying here too! Nothing ☺️

Lovely place to stay - great central location but still quiet and perfect for visiting Pompeii ruins. Nadia was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful garden, friendly staff, nice coffee, vegan food available for breakfast. Right in the centre of Pompeii but there was no noise at night. Wifi signal variable.

All good. Parking at the place is 15 euro. Just so you know:) The mattress was very hard.

Nadia and Catello were very welcoming and friendly. They also helped by giving us local information about trains etc. The hotel itself has a lovely garden and is small and quaint. The entrance to Pompeii was walkable and in the square there is an amazing church worth going in.
