Very clean apartment Friendly staff Everything was very good

The location and free parking were great. The hotel was clean and adequate. But the lobby was unwelcoming and the breakfast needs significant improvement. The lobby and the breakfast

The elevator was not working

Staff nice and clean place Missing some light from the parking to the lobby on the pedestrian walk

The size of the room was amazing, but the best part was the huge terrace with a great breeze. What's great is that thick vines on a trellis kept the outdoor terrace feeling separate from the adjoining room. The best part - a right turn at the street led directly to a bus stop with an express bus to the train station. Very very convenient for day trips elsewhere in the area. I was surprised to find the entrance to the ruins was not where I thought it would be. This turned out to be terrific, however. The entrance near Diana had almost no one in line when the ruins opened. I looked at a gateway near the train station, and there were *always* at least 100 people (sweating in the heat and) waiting.

Nice location. Clean room. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Close to shopping, restaurants. Walking distance to ruins We liked it all

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. With perfect location to both the Archaeological site and wonderful restaurants, cafes etc near by in the town. The bed was extremely comfortable with a fantastic shower in the room. Lovely balcony to relax on. The room was immaculately cleaned. We wiill definitely be coming back here again. Can't fault the hotel or its staff.

Excellent service by friendly staff. Clean, spacious room, ideal location.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful both by email before our arrival and then while we were there, answering questions, printing tickets, arranging tours, and ordering taxis for us. The breakfast room was extremely noisy in the morning, and was not initially supplied with clean cups and plates. Food was only ok.

Very good location in Pompei and easy to get to the archeological park. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The deluxe room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony. The included breakfast was a little disappointing and basic as to the hot items. There were no coffee cups, juice glasses or cutlery initially. It would have enhanced the room to have a coffee maker although there was a kettle and mini fridge

Extremely close to the ruins and city center Nothing comes to mind

A nice hotel near the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the ruins. Staff were great and the room just expected. The large outdoor seating area behind the hotel is a great place to relax with a drink from their bar.

Terrific, Great location, close to everything. Breakfast very good with personal coffees. the rooms and beds exceptional. nothing all good

The hotel surprised me with an upgrade to a room with a large terrace. I still would have given it a good rating because the staff was so friendly and the location, right near the train station and close to terrific restaurants, was perfect.

We stayed here for 1 night. It was the perfect hotel for a 1 night stay with kids. They had bunk beds while we had a Queen size bed. Room was spacious and clean. We arrived by train/Bus from Salerno and it was literally around the corner from the stop. Walking to Pompeii sight and restaurants were also all in this area. Would stay again. Also it was a bonus to have breakfast and they had lots of options, parents and kids were happy. Nothing to note.

We loved this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. There were three of us in a three person room, and it was snug, but it was comfortable.
