Residenza Madonna

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Residenza Madonna in Pompeii. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with thoughtful touches like air conditioning, a balcony, and a kettle that made it feel like home after long days of exploring. The host was welcoming and helpful, making check-in easy and ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was excellent within walking distance of both the Pompeii archaeological site and the train station, making it easy to explore the area and continue my travels through Italy. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Residenza Madonna to anyone visiting Pompeii.

Large, beautiful, comfortable and sparkling clean rooms, situated in a perfect location in the centre of the modern city and close to the Pompei train station and the Piazza Anfiteatro entrance of the Parco Archeologico. The staff is wonderful, kind and very helpful. And then there is Teresa the gracious host whose amazing hospitality, sunny presence and warmth add that personal touch to every conversation you have with her, and to every piece of information she shares with you. Teresa is an excellent communicator, always there to help with everything you might need and enjoys going way above and beyond to make everyone’s stay a great experience!

Wonderful location, beautiful and comfortable digs, and excellent host. It was our second time there and Teresa is a wonderful and kind host.

The room was large, sofa and bed were in our room. It was extremely clean. There was a national strike on the day we left and the staff were extremely helpful, letting us know which train would get us to Naples.

Really warm staff, the candies(in the hallway) were really good too. Enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

The location here is perfect to enjoy a few days in Pompeii -- close to restaurants and entrance to archaeological site. The room was spacious, with terrace, and very clean. I always prefer a check-in where I am greeted in person by the host. As in many other properties these days, this does not happen here.

Liked the balcony with sea view Bed was comfortable Bathroom was clean Laura the receptionist was very attentive and helped me organize my plans, what to do, how to get everywhere and called taxi for me when I left. I really appreciate her she was very kind and genuinely helpful. I would go back because of her. The housekeeper was very sweet. The breakfast buffet worker was not that nice and seemed irritated with me.

The property was new and clean. The location is excellent too. None.

The host Teresa and her father went WAY above and beyond to make our stay an amazing experience. She was extremely helpful leading up to our stay with detailed suggestions on where to park (which can be VERY tricky in this area) as well as great suggestions on places to eat & drink. The unit was clean, modern and very comfy as well as very easy to access. Quiet neighborhood even when there was a public festival happening on the weekend. Also easy & convenient base to visit Naples as well as Sorrento, Capri & the Amalfi Coast. They even accommodated us a day early with absolutely no problem. 1000% recommend and will return here on my next visit! Everything was perfect. Very clean, modern and easy to access accommodations.

Everything!! Perfect location!!! The apartment is very clean and the staff is very friendly and pleasant.

Nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, due to our flight schedule, we had to take a taxi to Naples airport, and the fare was €110. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it’s something to keep in mind. In our case, it ended up costing more than the flight back home.

It was close to the ruins anfiteatro entrance but if you paid extra to see the villas you should enter from Scavi entrance

The location is convenient, 3 mins from train station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, also in walkable distance to Pompeii architecture park! The room is clean and big with a balcony and inside the room is quiet even there are restaurants nearby. My favorite is the bed, it is very comfy!

This was lovely accommodation for 3 nights in Pompeii. Lots of space, host was very helpful. Would come back again next time.
