Felt like home. The owner Maurizio Donna Zumma was outstanding. He made us feel comfortable and totally at home. JustWe will def recommend Albergo Pompei Valley to all our friends. There was nothing we didn't like. We had dinner one night. The chef prepared an amazing dinner. Beautiful place, classy and truly amazing.

The location is pretty far from the city center and the archeological park and there are no restaurants nearby. I knew this when I booked so it was fine but something to be aware of.

Staff were great The spa, pool gym facilities all closed for technical reasons day before we went out there. The area is run down, dirty and 1.3 mile walk to get into the town

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and again staff went out of their way to accommodate my special request. Good location, off the beaten track so nice and peaceful but only a 15 minute walk into the centre. I would’ve liked a little more storage and maybe a shelf in the bathroom would’ve been good but this wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Loved the pool area!! Loved the staff, they were amazing and made you feel part of their property! Loved Dea the dog, the service was great, the pillows were so comfy and the rooms were to an extreme high cleanliness level Maybe a bit far from the main strip but still only a 15 min walk so probably best if you plan on eating pasta and needing to walk it off

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel dog was lovely. The pool and bar area was very neat and tidy. Hydrotherapy pool was great after a day walking around Pompeii. The pool could do with a clean, the tiles were a bit dirty and falling off. Location was a bit out of the way, taxi was expensive to get there and back.
