Cleanliness, proximity to the archeological site, warm welcome from the host

Excellent location, a short walk from the train station and the ruins. The room was nice and clean and fresh. The included breakfast was very good, with lactose free and gluten free options. The staff was friendly and available.

I always travel with my own bedding ? and towels ? but this property was very so clean and the bedding and towels were so white and clean that I had no problems and was very comfortable NOT using my own bedding and towels. ? We had coffee, tea and snacks in the room. The bathroom was super clean. I was so happy I got this place. The location is great with a short walk to Pompei ruins- we loved it. Even the walk to the train and bus station and not much at all. The host was super friendly which made us feel wonderful. We were thankful for this place. I liked everything.

We had a small balcony. Our bed was comfortable. The colors were soothing. The half bottle of prosecco and fluted glasses in our room was a welcoming touch. Our host didn't want to accept our friend's medical service dog. It took about 90 minutes of argument before he let us stay. It was exhausting!!

The shower was wonderful. The internet was very poor.

Communication was excellent and timely. The location was easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. The host was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and inviting. Shower pressure was great. We were close to the main strip where you can fine shops and places to eat. The voucher given for breakfast to a local cafe on the main strip was great. They open early and have fresh pastries. The local train station is close by. We were able to get the local train to Napoli central station. It is cheaper than taking a taxi or Uber. We would stay there again. Cleanliness, location, great host, and proximity to everything.

Check-in was a breeze. Francesco responded to you my text quickly. We had no problem finding the location. The rooms were clean and inviting. The neighborhood was safe and close to the main strip where you could fine shops and places to eat. If you want a great traditional Italian place to eat try Stuzzico by Lucius. They were wonderful. Checkout was easy. We received a voucher for breakfast at a local cafe. Coffee was great and croissants refresh. We would stay there again. Cleanliness, location, great host, and safe neighborhood.

Francesco and his wife were incredibly welcoming and offered great tips on where to eat. The room was clean and tidy, and the bottles of Prosecco were a lovely touch. Breakfast was provided at a nearby café, just a short walk from the B&B, and both the coffee and the gluten-free croissant were excellent. The B&B is only a 20-minute walk from the Pompeii Archaeological Park, making it an ideal base for our stay.

Exceptional room. Very clean. Near to City Square. Francesco and his wife have done a wonderful job with making these rooms welcoming and comfortable. In a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The breakfast consisted of a voucher at a local cafe for coffee and croissant. So many good restaurants nearby. About a 20 minute walk from Pompeii Archaeological site and Pompeii Scavi Train station. The downtown piazza is buzzing with activities at night. Cannot think of anything. This place was very nice. Wish we had stayed in Pompeii another night. Many good restaurants nearby, very clean city, great pedestrian friendly shopping area. We had a guide at Pompeii and wished we stayed another night to walk through on our own the next day.

The breakfast provided by a third party restaurant could have been better…cappuccino was tepid, croissants average and service impersonal

Parking a car was not available near the B&B. We had to leave our car on a paid lot a ways away. We also had to walk

I booked this room for the proximity to Pomeii and train station to Herculaneum and it was perfect. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated with attention to every detail. Francesco helped with dining reservations which was great. We were too early to check in but they allowed us to leave our luggage and grab something to eat and go to Pompeii ruins. He also had a recommendation for a taxi driver to get us to the airport very early in the morning.

Amatos Cafe was delightful and the pastries superb!

Francesco and his wife Annamaria were so hospitable. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. His wife even gave us a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy on our stay. Communication with Francesco was easy. He even recommended some restaurants for us to try, which were delicious. I would stay here again and again if the opportunity was offered. I can not come up with anything we did not like.
