The host was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Clean and affordable

I booked for two nights and extended my stay with the host, Igor, for another two. The location was great. The room was comfortable with nice and cold air conditioning. I liked the balcony. Easy access from the train station as I did not have a car. I walked daily to the Pompei Archeological Park - and the entrance this hotel is near is not the main entrance with all the busses and coaches, so much less crowded. I plan to stay there next time! The card key makes a noise when entering the room - and while there were only a few rooms, a few times I heard people entering their room.

Excellent host and location. The shower soaks the entire bathroom to the extent it becomes inoperable. A simple fix would resolve a big problem.

Good location, you can walk to the archaeological park of Pompeii and at night there are several bars and restaurants nearby.

Location was good, room was clean & tidy, nice balcony overseeing the main street, allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout & collect it later, generally good stay. Staff could be more friendly, maybe language was an issue during communication. No lift, have to carry suitcase along the steps. We thought the room had very basic amenities - no kettle/soaps/water, etc.

The apartment is very clean and location is perfect.

Property was clean and neat. Bed and bed linens good quality. Nice water pressure in showers. Well located and close to restaurants, Pompeii and Herculaneum. Communication with owner was prompt and good. However…. Sadly, even though the property was ‘advertised as B&B’. on business cards, signage and posters in apartment we were disappointed that the usual Bed and Breakfast was non- existent , despite photos on ‘page’ showing coffee/breakfast there was not even a bottle of water, kettle, coffee, tea milk etc This is standard for B&B properties. Covid was no ‘excuse’ as in the entire two days in Pompeii we didn’t see one mask. Also despite photos of toiletries. There was only two tiny sachets of shampoo/body wash. None of the toiletry products displayed on webpage/advertisement were provided. Also the air conditioners were freezing for the tiny rooms. and would not adjust. One of the showers had a blocked drain as well. Street level Entrance to property is very dingy and uninviting and could do with a more welcoming spruce up.
