We enjoyed the stay very much. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Our room was above a local grocery and next to a bakery. Local area not touristy. Our hosts were truly amazing, they shuttled* us into town and to the trains for our days adventure. Picked us up and dropped us off as well. They also offered suggestions for activities that we’d not have thought about. So we had lunch at a local mall and a dinner at a nearby town. All in all an 11 out of 10. *note: as we were arriving they texted us a need to change our booked room. The change was an upgrade, larger with extra rooms. It was handled all for us, before we had to even ask about anything. They sent pictures of the room, explained the new location and as noted above picked us up at the train station.

A week or so before our trip, we were advised that the rooms we had booked were no longer available for our first night. No explanation. We were offered alternative accommodation further out of town, which was not ideal for my elderly mother in terms of accessibility. Rather than cancel, we accepted on the proviso that our original booking would be upheld for the remainder of our stay. The substitute accommodation was well equipped and very clean and comfortable, but due to distance impacted on our plans considerably. There was no walk-in shower, and my elderly mother was unable to use the bath. On our second day, we were advised that our rooms were still not ready due to a plumbing issue, and we would have to spend another night in our substitute accommodation. This was upsetting, annoying, and affected our holiday plans considerably. In fairness, Greco Rooms did offer to drive us about to access transport links, get food, etc. but this was an entirely uncomfortable arrangement for two independent travellers. They gave us a charcuterie board (mum is a vegetarian) and a bottle of homemade wine by way of compensation. On our third day, we eventually moved into the rooms we had originally booked. Having to move was in itself inconvenient and again impacted our holiday plans. We were so relieved to finally unpack and start to relax into our holiday without further inconvenience. So, to the good bit. You will not be disappointed at Greco Rooms. The accommodation is beautiful, modern, light and bright, immaculately clean, comfortable, well equipped, well serviced, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and central Pompeii, and there is a lovely view of Vesuvio from the balcony. Everything we wanted. There is a communal kitchen, and the inclusive breakfast is provided by way of token at a nearby bar.

Elena and her partner were super friendly and looked after us well. The view was exceptional across to Vesuvius, and coffee on the balcony was a morning treat. Without even asking, table and chairs appeared as if by magic for us. We loved it so much we extended our stay for a night. Excellent value for money - you could not do better for that view alone!!?❤️

Good location, friendly staff. Very poor breakfast. Requested extra payment for car parking although it was perfectly safe (and free) just outside the main entrance.

The property was clean and comfortable. The rooms were new and well appointed. Nothing

1. parking costs 15 euros per day (locked) 2. apartment is clean, not far from the archaeological park Pompei 1. use of the kitchen is prohibited. After we decided to cancel booking, they allowed us to use it but charged an additional cleaning fee! 2. we also had another child with us, for whom we had to pay on the spot almost twice as much as for an adult. However, no bed linen or towels were provided for him 3. breakfast is poor: just a drink and a roll. You have to go to bar outside to get it.

Great stay, the room had everything you needed and it was nice there was a shared kitchen too especially for the fridge. Beds were comfy. It was a little further out but that didn't really bother us, we liked how they let us leave our bags there for the day but there was a €10 charge

Really nice owners taking care of its visitors. The apartment is brand new and it shows. Aparment was clean and the owners tried their best to suit our needs. The view from the room/balcony was beautiful with direct sight of Mount Vesuvious. Best value for money, would recommend for anyone trying to visit Pompei culture.

Brand new room, private parking, polite and helpful host. Breakfast is pretty simple- crackers, packed cupcakes, croissants.
