Easy to find. Just off motor way. Only 20 mins drive to Disneyland Bathroom needs some TLC, but did the job.

Nothing Everything is dirty ,staff rude ..just breakfast, no dinner. What can you found to breakfast is Bacon and some egg . Nothing good.

The property was in a quiet area which was good for winding down after busy and noisy days. Location near to the motorway, which was good for transport connections. There were a few sightings of rats which was a bit scary, however it’s to be expected anywhere really. If the bushes at the front of the property were trimmed down and maintained like the ones at the back of the property, maybe the rats would have less room to hide. Room: There was a musty smell upon arrival, which was not very welcoming and at least 4 pillows are needed on the bed, although decent enough sleep was had. It would have been good to have a kettle in the room because some people with children don’t always want to go to the reception area in the late hours when the children are asleep to get a hot drink. Also the room can get quite cold and I didn’t see any heating facilities. Bathroom: There were stains in the toilet which can be easily fixed with the proper cleaning solutions. There were also pet hairs stuck on the back of the bathroom door, which was a bit off putting for people who have pet allergies such as myself. Maybe this could be something the management could look into for improvement purposes. Aside from this, a nice hot shower was able to be had. Staff: The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

Good location near the road. Clean and comfortable beds. Very lovely and efficient check in staff. Good parking. Good value for money for a family. If you are on the ground floor you can hear the toilet flush of the room above and it sounds like it’s in your bathroom.

No think, I strongly do not recommend stay there The reception do not work properly, they are not there to support you and help you.

Breakfast was better than expected. Beds were Clean and good to sleep in. Cleanliness of the rooms need to be improved and the overall impression wasn't very nice.
