Disappointing

It was cozy, clean and great for a family of 3 The pillows were a little flat and the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. The window covering didn't keep all the light out in the morning and you could hear the road traffic pretty clearly.

Ibis hotels never disappoint, it's clean, it's ok as an overnight stay, neat welcoming efficient person at reception desk was pleasant sight for tired eyes, smooth check in at late evening hours.

Nothing it was a very bad space. The service wasn’t good at all. The staff isn’t customer oriented and only think about how benefits from you. Never again Cleanliness, staff, customer relationship empathy, reception.. never again

The staff did help when there was noisy people in the rooms nearby. Where do I start. Right from the beginning this was a very poor experience. I was given my key and set up my room for my 4 night stay. At around 9:30 the noise in the corridors was horrific with shouting, door slamming and running up and down the halls. This happened again on night 2. The absolute worst part of my stay and actually quite scary took place on night 3. I was about to fall asleep when I heard my door handle being tried and a family coming in. They were given access to my room with their very own key card. The key card over rode the double lock on my door which I think is a massive safety concern because anything could have happened. Both myself and the family looking for their room made our way separately down to the reception. I was given no apology. Only told that it was a computer error which was very bizarre to me. Reassured this wouldn’t happen again I returned to my room only to find my own key was now deactivated so had to go back down and ask for them to sort it. I physically watched him type my room number in manually so the whole “computer error” excuse was starting to seem more suspect by the minute. The next morning I approached the reception again and re-iterated my point of being scared and upset. I was told that no compensation could be given, instead I’d have to do that through booking.com. By this point, I had already got in contact with the customer service team. Night 4, thinking that surely nothing else could go wrong, I walk up to my door to find my card doesn’t work AGAIN. Completely over the place and very angry I didn’t have the energy to discuss my disappointment further so just had the card re-activated again. So, after all of that I am leaving this review to perhaps give this hotel a major wake up call. The way it’s being run is unacceptable and could be very dangerous. Avoid at all costs! It’s not even worth the money you spend, the rooms are small. The only good point was the larger than average bathroom space.
