Good stay, but not much for breakfgast

The pool was filthy. Trash all over the property. Too many “transient residents” living there. We rented the suite. Smelled like mold when we walked in- after we had to kick the door to get it to open. The blinds on the door between the rooms were broken. Bathroom door had to be forced open and closed due to the floor being replaced but the door not being trimmed. The shower was poorly updated. Toilet made a horrible noise in the middle of the night and woke me up. Wash cloths were horribly stained. I received a text shortly after we arrived. I gave it a low score. 4 hours later after we were asleep, the front desk called the room and woke us up again asking about the low score on the review. This was at the pm. Lots of people smoking pot in the pool area and parking lot on Saturday. There was a strong smell of pot in the elevator as well. The breakfast consisted of breads and cereal. Coffee was horrible.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. There was a strong unpleasant smell as soon as I entered, and the overall condition of the property was very poor. The bedding did not appear clean or freshly laundered. I was so uncomfortable that I covered the bed and pillow with towels, but even the towels were visibly stained. The walls, ceiling, and fixtures also showed dirt, damage, and clear signs of poor maintenance. The bathroom was unacceptable. The shower handle spun freely and could not be adjusted, leaving me with only cold water. I didn’t feel comfortable using the towels to dry myself, so I actually had to use my Dyson hair dryer instead. I even had to leave the room for fresh air because I couldn’t stay inside. In the lobby, I saw the front desk employee sitting barefoot with his feet on the couch, which added to my concerns about cleanliness. After only one night, I also started experiencing itching, making me even more uncomfortable about the bedding. I understand this is a lower-priced hotel, but clean bedding, clean towels, hot water, and basic maintenance are not luxuries. I’ve stayed at many hotels in this price range and never experienced anything like this. I regret booking this hotel and would not stay here again or recommend it

Location Bed was awful and elevator was broke not the cleanest

Staff is very attentive and friendly; however, the room was not as expected. Mattress was in bad shape on one side, rendering it uncomfortable. Toilet needed flushing several times, and there was marijuana odor in the corridor at some point.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice clean room. Unfortunately elevator wasn’t working.
-
Staff was very helpful, but the property is old and pretty rundown. Pool was out of order, and the elevator was also not working the following morning when we left. Breakfast was pretty sparse but functional. Rooms are fine if you’re just pulling in after supper and staying the night and leaving the next day.

The day and night staff was very help and very professional. I had to extend for two more nights. They was very helpful to make sure once I re-booked for those nights, I didn’t have to which rooms. I would definitely recommend this property because they are very clean especially the cleaning staff! I liked everything about this property. Family friendly also.

It was a decent stay. Our room was fine the microwave was not the cleanest and the days I stayed the elevator was always shut down? My last day before checking out a gentleman was in the elevator when we asked if we could use it we were told in a minute when clearly the man just got off the elevator with a Walmart buggy. That was frustrating due to the fact the elevator was not being used once he got off. As a hotel they should help their guests being on the third floor having to walk down the stairs is super frustrating. Overall the staff were okay, I got stared down when I looked at what ice cream they had. I felt racially profiled. It was a decent stay but I wouldn’t stay here again personally

Everything was fantastic beside the amenities and room shower temp. Water in our room wouldn't get hot, the elevator was constantly breaking down, and the pool wasn't able to be used although advertised as open online.
