I love the location however. The lamp in my room was broken and there was a very large gap in between the room door and the door jam. I could literally see the hallway light and carpet. I covered it with a towel to feel safe.

Only issues during my stay was that the HDMI cord was not working for the TV which was fine, and that the beds were a bit stiff and uncomfortable.

Great hotel for our 2 night stay. It was very clean and convenient to Savannah. The staff was nice.

Kind, friendly staff and the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!!! There were consistent options as well as something different to try each day. The fresh fruit was 10/10. The rooms were also very toddler friendly with the TVs mounted, no heavy furniture to tip over, windows locked, clean, etc.

The staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean-I love the laminate flooring instead of carpet. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap smelled so good. The breakfast was great.

Clean room, staff very pleasant, Breakfast was okay just wish it was until 10am instead of 9am. Didn’t like having to get up early so missed breakfast most of the time. Lots of shops and outlets nearby

My overall experience at the Tru hotel was excellent. The staff was courteous and nice. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is positioned in a great spot for shopping and dining. Providing the guest with many options. The Tru hotel will be my first choice when returning to savannah!

Cons: room was so small, shower was kind of dirty, only provided two towels, the sprinkler / smoke alarm was right above the bed and flashed all night, curtains weren’t black out, bedding wasn’t the best.

On a positive note, the rooms are clean, breakfast was ok, the staff were all pleasant to deal with.
