BO Hotel Palazzo

the location is perfect the staff is excellant and helpfull and try their best the gym was very good the pool and the area pool the breakfast was amazing jaccuzi and it is area was very good first room was very comfortable and best view the ac was freezing in the first room we moved in nidnight to another and next night was too hot so they suggested to move to another room? and it was so hard to move so i stayed awake allnight in the balcon the two saunas wasnt working next day the parking is far away and not free but they have shuttle it ends in 23:00 early checkbon costs a lot

The location was fantastic, with a balcony view to the sea. I was able to enjoy the sunset. Porec's Old Town is very walkable, and a lot of dining options nearby as well as at the hotel. The air conditioning was good, and the bathroom was huge with a nice walk-in shower. There were plenty of closet space and a mini refrigerator. It was a little difficult to contact the hotel for someone to come pick you up at an off-site car park. Whatsapp did not work with the hotel, so I decided to just walk to the hotel from the car park which was downhill and about 10-15 minutes walking. However, there was no problem to use the shuttle back to the car park.

There were limits to the AC in our room and it was too warm for our comfort level. It was also very confusing to find the parking as the instructions are not accurate. The address for parking leads you to a private residence. The parking lot is just before this private residence and is shared with Valamar Isabella and Riviera. There is not a sign that says BO Palazzio parking anywhere. The hotel needs to update the check in instructions with a better description to find it and also add signs.

Nothing really

The staff were the best! They found out we were celebrating our 50th anniversary and brought us delicious desserts on the house. We could walk to restaurants and we were right on the water.

The hotel is large and modern. It is located right on the water with amazing views. The room was very nice with all the amenities you could want. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of food. I honestly can't think of a thing I didn't like.

Great location directly by the waterfront. Delicious breakfast Great, historic Charme The parking and shuttle situation. On the parking spot is no sign indicating a relation to this hotel and it took me several tries to reach the hotel by phone in order to get a pick up. They did apologize for the inconvenience- it was still a frustrating experience. I think a sign on the parking spot would help a lot.

A beautiful hotel (the oldest in Poreč). Very nice and friendly staff, our drivers were amazing. The location is perfect.

Everything at the property was great. Some aspects of facilities were a bit worn, but staff helped to take care of issues right away. They were friendly and took great care of us. Especially Starko. He was great. N/A

Lovely hotel, great location and walking distant to old town. The views from the hotel dining room and pool area are beautiful. The dining and room staff are friendly and helpful. The spa was very relaxing after a long day of bike riding. The bed mattress was soft. Awoke with a back ache. A firmer mattress would be helpful. The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful.
