Located within walking distance from 5 different beach types on the forested Lanterna Peninsula, Valamar Tamaris Resort features outdoor swimming pools and various restaurants, as well as a rich sports and entertainment offer. Pets are allowed almost everywhere. Rooms are clean. EV charging price is reasonable (45 cents). It is very green and there is lot of natural shadow This is a camping with meals and a few drinks that are possible to take from a far location. Do not think as an all-inclusive resort. You need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. When you are at the beach, you are far away from the hotel, and the all-inclusive rate does not include any facilities at the beach. There is a very small sandy area. The pools are full and also full of kids. Actually, there are too many people staying at this hotel, and I understand that this crowd can only be serviced with minimum. Therefore, you should expect barely the minimum from this hotel. Coffe served to all inclusive guests and coffee available at the bars is different. They are serving low-quality coffee as an all-inclusive offer and selling coffee to you one more time if you want to have good coffee. Drinks that you can drink as an all-inclusive guest are also at the lowest possible quality. Instead of this hotel, stay on a BB hotel and pay for your extras. How this hotel got 8+ rating on booking.com, I really don't understand. Also, all hotel pictures are very polished. I can't say they are not real, but they are definitely the art of a Photoshop artist

The bed pillows should be bigger and show some kind of support. Gym could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall, the basics are there and better than most gyms in hotels

Has a little bit of everything. Food was great. Friendly staff and comfy accommodations. Price was pretty steep, property is poorly lit at night if you stay in the villas especially. Everything on/in the sea is extra, no inclusive water sports.

Everything was great, just a dream vacation, service is top, food is super delicious and you can see how the food is being cooked. Although there are many people, they renew the food every time, sometimes you have to wait a little but this didn’t bother me. Location is near the beach, water is transparent and warm (second week of September). Service is super friendly and there are atmosphere of respect everywhere. We will definitely come back next year with the whole of our family. PS, live music in the evening is great, especially Trio Shakers. Hvala i doviđenja, vidimo se sljedeće godine. Mattresses could be more hard and pillows bigger (but of course everyone has its own preference).

The resort was bigger than we expected and it exceeded our expectations in terms of activities and facilities. The villa was perfect for our needs and very clean. The decor was a little dated but we expected this from the pictures. The staff were generally very friendly and the lady who cleaned our villa each day was fantastic. The setting is lovely too. Very peaceful despite lots to do. Overall, a fantastic place and we'd go back. We didn't opt for all inclusive because neither myself or my husband drink and we are all veggie. We assumed there'd be more a la carte restaurants but this wasn't really the case. There was one option - Oliva's - which was great and which we ate at three times. The other nights we cooked in our villa. It was possible to purchase one off passes for the all inclusive but this was an expensive option. The only other thing was that there was one good night of entertainment early in our stay. Other than that, the entertainment for adults (i.e. after the kids' disco) was quite poor. This didn't spoil our stay at all but it was a shame as the kids were off in the games room or playing football and there wasn't anything to entertain us during that time.

I liked the fantastic park that lines the walkway to the beach it was like a forest , the delicious food in the taverna and the restaurant, the variety of sport activities for families, the polite staff. -

good location, plenty of things to do with the family. The buffet is the main issue - during the peak hours it is very busy and lots of feral kids make it unpleasant. You can find however good food and you can eat healthy if you wish.
