I asked Zefi when was a good time to go to the Galatas Lemon Forest. She told me it was overrated and to go to Ancient Troezenia instead.

Nice pool. Air conditioning did not work. The owner said she did not have a room available to move us to. When we informed her that her website showed availability she eventually moved us. I did not appreciate her dishonesty.

The owners and staff at this family-run hotel did everything possible to ease our stay and help us--especially important since I had a foot injury and came with a crutch--for example, came to get us from the ferry with their car. Lovely property with nice pool and room with balcony--we had a family room with room for 4 (but due to last minute sickness were only 3) and the double was upgraded so we could have rooms next to each other (2 more). The location was great, a short walk to the town and close to beaches and starting points for hikes. Lovely rooftop bar, with some food and drink, but also a nice place to sit and enjoy the view, play cards, etc in the evening After being on car-free Hydra, was aware of the sounds of motorbikes, cars etc, but this was no fault of the hotel.

Location is nice and quiet at night, pool and rest area were really nice, breakfast is good and offers plenty of choice, rooms were clean and nice with a but... Our room was supposed to be for 4 people, and it got a little tight (probably better for family with small children), the air conditioning didn't get the temperature down (Hotel Saga became Hotel Sauna) - I heard another guest complaining about it and she was told that there were electrical problems...well, didn't change the facts. All in all, I felt that the owners/staff (couldn't tell the difference) were not as engaging as other reviews indicated...too bad

Family-style hotel with very kind and helpful hosts The rooms on the bottom floor need to be renovated and there is too much stuff laying around in public areas, they should tidy up.

Loved everything-

We loved our stay here. The staff were amazing, the pool was relaxing and beautiful, the rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to have dinner and end the day while looking over Poros. The hotel is walking distance to the port, and an even shorter walk to Kamani Beach, where you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We rented bikes and then a quad from Kostas, just down the hill. This made island exploration a blast. On our second night, there was live music on the terrace, which was lively and enjoyable. The food was delicious. It was difficult to get comfortable in the room temperature-wise. The AC turned off automatically when we went out to the deck, so in order to keep the room cool, we had to have the deck door locked. The temperature was difficult to get right. It took a long time to cool the room and then it got so cold, we needed a blanket - but didn't have blankets in the room. We asked for one on our second day, but never got it. I know we should have slept the windows open, but my partner is sensitive to noise.

Spacious and well maintained swimming pool, beautiful rooftop bar and free breakfast were the highlights of this property. The room was spacious with a nice balcony and great views. The staff and owners were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, making noise with every move. It looks like the rooms haven’t been renovated in a while but overall it was a great deal for the price.

The location of the hotel is very nice with nice view and a very nice pool. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but above all it has very welcoming and caring staff.

Saga Hotel was perfect. The owners were exceptional people, the staff was perfect. The food was amazing and the rooftop bar and restaurant is beautiful. The pool and room were very clean. I have nothing bad to say everything was perfect. We will definitely be back. There was nothing to not like. Everything was fantastic
