I read that two weeks before my reservation that their elevator was in operable. I got there, and still there were signs on the door that the elevator was not working. They were professional enough to remove the charge, as I wasn’t climbing stairs.

The arrangement of the room was perfect. There was lots of desk space for working, which allowed me to spread out documents and books. A full-size refrigerator, microwave, plates, utensils, and glasses/cups made it comfortable. Adequate lighting. Great location. During my stay, the elevators were out of service. I'm sure this is a situation that won't last long.

Elevators were broken. Upon arrival paper signs everywhere alerting of this issue. Property was not very maintained leak stains in various places of the hotel. Room including bed and bathroom were clean which is most important to me. Good complimentary breakfast. Staff answered questions and check in and checkout was smooth.

Breakfast was good, nice selection of foods. Cute cat lived there & it was very well taken care of. Staff very nice & professional. The location was centrally located to the area. Safe area. The pillows were terrible. Lumpy . Mattress very soft. Not my preference but not bad.

This property seemed pretty new. Everyone was very friendly. Stores and a variety of places to eat were nearby along with a mall, Wal-Mart and Target. I will definitely return.

Check in was disastrous. Lost reservation and took 40 mins to find. Then overcharged me $200 and when asked needed me to help them refund it. Nice hotel but I won¿t return.
