Location is ok as it's a beachfront hotel. We had to change room due to not so good room service. The previous visitor's towel still in the room. I like the previous management's handling of clients. The room was very clean and tidy when we spent the night last June. The cleanliness and tidiness.

Fair price less than RM150 per night. large and clear Internet TV available. No street lighting, very dark surrounding hotel. Less lighting at the lobby and hotel area. Water pressure too slow at shower head. Lack of facilities maintenace.

I love how strategic the place was, near the beach and also a lot of places to eat. Main highlight is the marrybrown below the hotel. So convenient especially if you didn't want to drive to find foods. The place is quite dusty, i can see a lot of dust at the lamp, table. Even the water heater also got water than not being cleaned yet. The toilet also quite dirty, need to close my eyes whenever i go inside

Bathroom facilities could have been better. Water in the basin was taking time to clear out. Water from bathing area was leaking to the bathroom door.

The location is near to the beach The room is dirty. Linen not change and toilet was awful

location, nice food in front hotel and near to beach less facilities , hot at lobby and extra charges can be adjust lower for 2 hours extension

Direct access to the beach. No water filter. Would be great if you can provide one at the lobby or maybe at certain floor.

The car park. No cafes. Marry Brown is okay but sometimes we just want a normal breakfast. Overall I think it's okay but for the price I think a swimming pool or a cafe would be nice.
